Well I disagree. Like I said in previous comments, I've little sympathy for him and agreed in principle with the verdict. But... I do believe the judge showed discrimination towards him especially with the quote I highlighted. He did indeed call out her honesty on the matter but I think most of us here believe if the genders were reversed like I previously said, he wouldn't have dared to say such a thing. It would be classed as slut shaming, victim blaming or whatever the hypocritical buzz term …

I felt the judge was discriminatory in the comments. I also believed that if the genders were reversed, the outcome of this case would likely have been different.

That makes about as much sense as a square wheel. Male or female, being dominant/submissive in the bedroom department doesn't mean you're like that 24/7. In fact a lot of submissives tend to have powerful/responsible positions out of the bedroom.

Yep, part of the BBC 3's self-titled "Changing the way we look at gender season". It sounded really promising when it was first advertised almost like it was genuinely going to be open-minded and show things from the other side of the fence.
