One question in the mandatory sexual misconduct quiz for all students at the University of Oklahoma.I could search for it... but with how they phrase things I probably wouldn't find it.. link pretty please? | /r/MensRights | 13/12/14 04:00 AM
Women’s rights lobbyist ‘pays nanny $3 a hour’ (cross post from r/nottheonion)It's exploiting her in that she probably had to make the choice between taking the lower wage and at least not starving or somehow trying to find another job... I've been in similar situations. You want to demand more pay, but know they won't shell out because ten other people would do it for that lower price. Shop around for a better paying job? What about when you've been job hunting for six months and this is the first interview you've gotten. | /r/MensRights | 15/12/13 11:34 PM
Finally heard what happened with my Uncle's divorce and I was sickenedIs anything worth doing 100% safe? "Never get married" is sweeping generalized advice which makes it pretty terrible. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/13 01:48 AM
Finally heard what happened with my Uncle's divorce and I was sickenedThat's verging on paranoia. Just don't marry someone that would do this to you. "Easier said than done" is the point. The woman I married is essentially physically incapable of hurting another human being like that. Same goes for me. | /r/MensRights | 16/10/13 08:53 PM
Slut Walk 2012 : Easy questions, stupid answersThat was well-written, thanks for sharing. I too liked how he extended the arguments to "teach blacks not to steal." If all you're going off is raw statistics, this works just as well as their argument. | /r/MensRights | 29/06/12 10:34 PM
Forget sex, women should force men to do chores to make them happy! That article sort of circled around to enter a meta realm of dated stereotypes within itself. | /r/MensRights | 29/06/12 10:26 PM
The GIF is meant to be funny, and it could be... but the comments about women abusing men are not...In the discussion about role-reversal a guy (username of Mike) effectively says "if a guy complained about a situation like this, we'd take away his man card." Perpetuating an unfortunate belief. I think that in comedy you shouldn't be able to pick and choose what is "too far" since beliefs vary so greatly. So "nothing is sacred" may be best in this situation, since it was for a show. But I could be wrong. | /r/MensRights | 29/06/12 08:00 PM
Lovely commentsThe comments we're disheartening. A lot seemed to be knee jerk reactions to the situation rather than thoughtful consideration of his rights. "castrate his head off his shoulders." Lovely. | /r/MensRights | 29/06/12 07:51 PM
Woman caught in a tanning booth with her pants off, kissing a 15-year-old boy: reportI agree- I don't know to feel about this one. There's so much room in this article for stuff to get exaggerated or changed to save face. She's an attractive girl and it is just as possible the boy was all for it until getting caught. The same boy could have been coerced by the mother into saying differently. Too much "he said, she said" to make a fair call. | /r/MensRights | 28/06/12 08:53 PM
Male vs Female erotica: 50 Shades of hypocrisy by anti-porn crusadersInteresting article, thanks for posting. Until I read what the book was about, I assumed it was some average romance book for women. The fact that it is "pornographic" in nature definitely makes the fact that it is a bestseller more interesting in that if it were a book for men, I think it would be getting a lot more attention in the news as "the depravity of men/mainstream acceptance of porn." Interesting. | /r/MensRights | 28/06/12 08:43 PM
