I’ve been researching exercises like this, thank you for your thoughts on it!! What are you doing to curve up other areas? I have a bunch of exercises written in a book at home that I’ve been implementing slowly and I’m always happy to get other women’s thoughts on these things.

I say, for the time being, just be aware of it and read up on regressive behavior for a while. Sometimes regressive behavior is due to stress, frustration or a traumatic event. It is a coping mechanism. Yes it stuck out like a sore thumb to me. There's a high chance it's nothing major to worry about, but the bottom line is that it's a coping mechanism like you said and if there is stress wriggling away inside it's best to address it instead of ignoring the problem so that it can exacerbate.

Pointing this out isn't going inject confidence or self esteem in anyone, which is the root problem here. I read this as "Hey you know how you're being creepy, you should just stop. I mean, I believe in myself. I understand that being worried about being creepy is detrimental, and you might too but just stop it okay? tks."

Well I guess it depends on the person. Some seem to find it motivating, looking at some of the posts. I knew all of this and just found it crushing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
