Given How Excluded LGBT People Feel in Straight Spaces, It's Depressing How They Simply Can't Understand Why Certain Men Find ALL Social Spaces HostileIf you wanna hang out with LGBTQ+ people, try hanging out with cis and trans men. You might have a better time. I know I do. I find tht they're more likely to understand your struggles and they'll be less likely to villianize you just because you're a dude. A lot of queer dudes want to find other guys to hang out with, but it can be hard sometimes. Edit: hard to find other guys to hang out with, I mean. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 07/01/24 10:03 PM
Went out to store (hard) and they made me give them my backpack and it made me angry and sadIf you can manage, I would honestly tell them that you need it for medical reasons. Because you do. I'm not sure where you are, but most places have protections for disabled people and this would likely cross the boundary into discrimination. 🫂 | /r/MenSupportMen | 04/01/24 02:08 AM
Join an online study (10 minutes)! (Mod Approved): Gender beliefs and stress (18+, cisgender participants)Maybe you could run a new one with just trans people too and combine data? Not sure if that's the correct way to do a study though. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 21/12/23 01:20 AM
Join an online study (10 minutes)! (Mod Approved): Gender beliefs and stress (18+, cisgender participants)Same. I'm kinda curious why they're looking for cis people only. I wanna see what they're studying. 🤔 I may just go look at the questions and not actually submit them. 👀 Edit: read the little blurb on the actual study. I see why now. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 20/12/23 11:51 PM
Never go down the escort routeI had never heard of that until just now lol. I definitely don't want these guys on Grindr either 😂 | /r/ExRedPill | 09/12/23 07:48 PM
Never go down the escort routeLol, they can just fire up Grindr 😂 | /r/ExRedPill | 09/12/23 07:32 PM
Never go down the escort routeOr just not date at all. I really think more people need to just like, take time away from dating and learn to be on their own and find their own fulfillment. Which is definitely easier said than done, I know. But it's definitely worth pursuing! | /r/ExRedPill | 09/12/23 07:21 PM
| -1 | Never go down the escort routeYeah, exactly. I've known plenty of sex workers in my life. For most, it's just a job like anything else. Some definitely have been exploited and some have been assaulted, but most that I know have not and just treat it like a normal 9-5. There's definitely large variations in experiences with sex work, just like more socially acceptable jobs. I think the issue is that we try to treat it as empowering or as exploitation. Just treat it like you treat regular jobs. * * which if you're of the polit… | /r/ExRedPill | 09/12/23 06:33 PM |
When it comes to masculine men vs feminine men. Men are somehow still stuck in a box, even when people have good intentions with this.I seriously love them both! | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 22/11/23 09:00 PM

When it comes to masculine men vs feminine men. Men are somehow still stuck in a box, even when people have good intentions with this.I definitely feel this. I'm a dude who does enjoy wearing dresses and skirts. But I find that that often leads people to making jokes about me being a bottom, an UwU soft boy, or they just expect me to be able to communicate in the way that women do. They also assume I'm gay. I might look feminine, but my personality is masculine and though I'd probably call myself bisexual, I'm mostly into women. It gets annoying and frustrating that I'm not allowed to wear what're deemed as women's clothes and… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 22/11/23 05:31 PM
