Not worth the hassle, pay a good lawyer, trust me it's worth the money. They will ensure everything is airtight

Thank you so much for your kind and motivating words. The snake sucked the life out of me and not in a good bedroom fun way.

That is so true. Best part of my day. I have been fat my entire life, I still am fat but I am so confident now. My energy levels, testosterone level, my happiness!! I would recommend it to everyone. Gym community is friendly.

I have been separated for almost a year now. Emotional rollercoaster, it does help in the gym. I can use all my energy into my fitness. Lawyers are very expensive. Process is tiring. However slowly starting to enjoy the life again. Most of my dates treat me nicely and with sympathy. It's fun and so refreshing after an abusive, dominating and controlling snake of a wife.

If either of you is an Indian, then your marriage is valid in India. You can see the sec 18 of foreign marriage act of india. your wife, she can still ask for maintenance under 125 crpc despite being an ex wife. If she is Hindu, HAMA also applies for her. My advice would be to get 2 lawyers in both the countries and sign the shit. Trying to keep it friendly because it can easily turn dirty very quickly. Talk less and listen more to your wife. Don't engage in any arguments with her etc. I am not …

Is your marriage under one of the Indian marriage acts? If yes, then the foreign decree is only valid under certain conditions. One of which includes mutual divorce. If it's not mutual then it has to be contested, it can't be ex parte. Indian courts have a tendency to disregard the foreign decree in so many conditions. It's just cleaner and better to get it done in India.

How did you figure out that the meds are switched?

False domestic violence accusations can be tricky. I would suggest, talk to someone about the possibility of a CCTV etc.

I can just imagine how soul satisfying that would be. Good job. You indeed settled some scores with her. I love the way you call your ex a swine and a snake.

That's a really big amount for me. It will take 5 years for me to save 150k while working a soul sucking job. 7 figures is a dream. That's my retirement goal. Haha. How did you win? Did the court play fair?

Man, just move on. You can earn more money. I am so sorry you had to pay up that much of your hard earned money. Marriage is a joke now. Just a wealth transfer scam.

150k that's insane! How is that fair? Why?

Stop responding to her demands via non lawyer channels. Start playing your game. Send a lawyer with your own terms and conditions. Put a timer on that.

Most probably she is trying to create some evidence for your cruel behaviour. No matter what don't react. She wants to induce some or any reaction and then she will use that against you in the court. A good idea would be to get some CCTV in your home and be extra kind and stoic. In order to get some reaction from you, she would cross so many lines and you can use the CCTV footage of the same.

The only way you can have peace is when your ex feels the fight is not worth the reward. Put on a mask, a happy mask. You happiness will burn a hole in your ex's heart. Get fit, get awesome! show up in court with a smile on your face. Courts are painful for her as well, use this for your advantage. You also raise and fight on some issues. Sometimes offence is the best defence. You drag her into the courts a few times, get her into a defensive position. However make sure you abide by all the cour…

Let me get this clearly. You want to divorce your wife because you think divorce might ruin your financial future? If you have a good wife then you are lucky. Especially under the current dating world. I would very sincerely suggest that you focus on making this marriage work. If you are really worried about the financial future then you can talk to some lawyer to reduce your exposure. Maybe move to a different country where laws are in your favour etc etc. However give this marriage a fair chan…

I am too young and too immature to offer any advice. However it will get better. Fitness, journaling, friends tend to help a bit. Don't force yourself to socialize if you don't feel like it.

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing. Is there any court order I can refer to?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
