You're not going to challenge the belief that cishet white men, as a group, are oppressors of everyone else and therefore rightfully hated and that they are, in some ways, actually the worst. Because that belief happens to be the truth. If it weren't for this demographic Trump and MAGA would have no chance. It is this demographic, and no other, which heavily favors Trump. You're also now facing just some small portion of what other groups besides cishet white men have had to endure since time im…

In my bluer-than-blue neck of the woods where there are also a lot of health care and affiliated professionals, there are plenty of men's domestic violence shelters, just about as many as for women.

I'm not making a sweeping generalization of men. Saying it was always men who opposed something is not saying all men opposed it. But this is evidence that the opposition for that thing is primarily coming from men, and not women.

Yes. Cishet women don't mate fitness signal in the same way to cishet men. While there is certainly a lot of crap in evopsych, there is nevertheless SOME validity to it. And, I mean, just look around you. In the lower classes of men who will never have access to substantial resources and are not extremely physically attractive, your attractibility to women will be largely based on how "tough" you are. I mean had this girl's bf not acted "tough" she would probably have lost all attraction for him…

Well, in the most respectful way, I'm a trans woman and had to live as a man for most of my life so I feel like I understand these obstacles as well as any cis man, because I experienced them. And so it's my former experience from seeing situations being brought up. Even in situations where the woman in question was CLEARLY in the wrong (e.g. statutory rape, etc.) it was always MEN that would defend the woman no matter what. Or even legal/social policy like default 50/50 custody. It was always M…

I specified cishet because gay and trans men don't need to mate fitness signal in the same way. And it's she btw.

Because the biggest obstacle to your movement will always be other men, or at least cishet men, who will do this type of thing as mate fitness signaling. Women only act this way because they KNOW there will always be an army of white knights at their beck and call.

I agree the farther left you get, the less misandry there is because the less patriarchal expectations there are for men.

Pretty much yes. But the dynamics are primarily due to the actions of men, not women. It's like blaming a car dealer for the price of a car when they can get top dollar and much over MSRP for a very high in demand vehicle. It's the demand on the part of the buyers that is driving up the price. Once thing always missed in these types of discussions is that female hypergamy entails male hypogyny.

See, it's impossible to separate out Mens' Rights from the broader context. Joe almost certainly didn't "earn" $1M/yr. He got "paid" $1M/yr. by being handsomely rewarded by capturing the excess value produced by labor. Neither Joe NOR Susan are "entitled" to most of this in the first place.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
