Crack up. I am definitely not "fucking like rabbits". I don't even care too much about the legal aspect. I just wana be committed to someone I love and have a big party together with all of our friends and family to celebrate our love (a wedding). I want kids with someone good who will stay around.

That makes sense. Someone with e.g. a shit personality or significant interpersonal issues is probably quite likely to get divorced multiple times. Such people probably bring up the average a lot. And for a very long time divorce was socially unacceptable so I would not be surprised to find that there are a high number of older people who now finally feel allowed to leave their terrible relationships.
