17	Why aren’t men allowed room to grieve Sorry about your loss. I'm not sure if it's biological, or how we were raised, but most people get weirded out by men crying, myself included. Meanwhile any sort of aggression is perceived as bad, too. So people can only accept men as calm and steady. This is what I learned through working in a female-dominated environment. 0	I do not care how women perceive men socially or about their opinions. For me,the only concern is the unfair judicial and economic system build around them. Yes, also based on like women CEOs who have tanked companies, and women in politics who have quit cause they couldn't handle the pressure. I just see it time and again. Like I actually want to see a woman who can actually code a website from top to bottom, which I have personally been doing since I was young. I worked as a professional for over a decade now. Companies want to look woke and hire women. But most of these women are in underpaid positions. It saturates and devalues the market for everyone.
