3	AA is nothing. Escalation Anxiety is what needs to be overcome. Here's, IMO, how. Thank you for this, I see people posting about AA all the time and I have no problem talking to women, I have an issue with EA. I always end up being just a friend because I never go in for the escalation. I end up picturing it in my head and I always picture it as looking clumsy and awkward, thus I avoid it.
