2	My battle with depression & suicide attempts All suicide does is speed up the inevitable. Old age is going to take you out eventually anyway...or some disease or accident. Life isn't inherently precious, and if you are having a shitty life, then non-existence can be preferable. That is obviously up to each individual to decide and I would never tell someone the answer to that question.
