Yes, it gives closure to the family, but in this case it's much more important for the liar to eventually fess up because it gets an innocent person out of prison. What parts of a woman's body is it ok to touch after you have drugged her? Is rape only penetration? It's not okay to drug women, or anyone else for that matter.
