1	Redditor is fired for taking day off—without giving notice—to go to the Women's Day march. While that may be true at your place (and most places) of work, CA is extremely lenient on what constitutes grounds for termination. CA is an at-will employment state, so the manager could have fired her for any reason. But arguing definitely didn't help her situation..	/r/PussyPassDenied	10/03/17 06:25 PM
