What is your basis for disagreeing? UV radiation is ionizing, meaning it causes mutations. Mutations are essentially a major component of aging. And what do you mean about sugar aging skin? I've never heard about it so I'm interested.

I like this perspective and the link did give me a good laugh too. It's like how the red pill is all about understanding women, leading to the decision to step away from them, but not to fight back or try to negotiate a way to make it work or anything. This same mindset being used on most people, like those in the comments. They have tendencies to make certain decisions and actions regarding hatred for other groups. Again, trying to fight it or take it up with reddit or whatever is just not wort…

I appreciate the reply. I can understand not wanting to drop something you've invested in as it has an emotional toll. But objectively speaking, isn't this a sunk cost which should be disregarded, considering decision making for your future? Anyway, it seems you haven't reached a point where your investments cover living costs. I think I might be underestimating how much is required ($250k AUD with minimalist lifestyle). But I guess the conclusion I can draw is that you're still working for mone…

I know you're far from being alone on this matter, but mind I ask why you work by choice? To give you some perspective from where I'm coming from, I'm 22 yo and spend a fair bit of time playing competitive computer games almost every day. When I finish my degree, I know I'll need to start working full time, which will probably leave me a bit more time but will still use up so much of my time and my life if it goes on for decades. I'd want to retire and spend more time gaming (and other hobbies a…

I'm interested to know why you say gaming is a poor hobby, and what other hobbies would you suggest? I'm currently studying, so whenever I pick up a hobby other than gaming, I either lose motivation, or the studying becomes too intense and I get frustrated that I could put enough time in the hobby to appease myself, causing me to quit. Maybe it'll be easier when I join the workforce? I have spent the last year playing a competitive strategy game, so there is a constant development in skill, and …

Honestly, I haven't really noticed much generalising of groups directly. I mean there is a strong media agenda against straight white males in games and movies and all that, but it's a bit specific.. I'm trying to think of what it's most similar to and I just come up with the general dislike of people who are in a different category to yourself, or really just people who have different opinions. But at the same time, the internet makes it so much easier to avoid it and only speaking to people wh…

You make a good point, but I think it's too easy to say traditional = good, equality = bad. I mean the above is 'probably' true if you want a long term relationship like your brother, but the reverse is true for men who don't want one, and are just interested in the short term right? And the OP rejected someone for holding traditional values, indicating he just wanted someone for the short term. I would argue that short term isn't worth it, especially given the type of people who want equality, …

Just because he isn't completely ignorant to the dating scene doesn't mean he's involving himself in it. Did you know that some people go MGTOW as a response from learning red pill theory, opposed to just blindly going along without understanding the social dynamics relating to it?

When I said he's playing a game, I was referring to him trying to go on dates with women. All that 'nonsense', it is all just part of what women are, and these things repel MGTOW individuals. But if the OP wants to date that's fine and it's on him. He can want a relationship with someone who pays for themself. But it goes both ways. She can also want someone who pays for her. The difference is he wants equality, and she doesn't. But if you want a sustainable relationship, equality is irrelevan…

I don't care if it's a hallmark of anything. I'm saying what I think is true. Maybe try counter my argument opposed to attempting to discredit myself.
/r/MGTOW223/07/19 12:45 PM

What did I say that makes you think so, and why? I'm a MGTOW who never dates or anything of the like, nor do I intend to ever in the future. I'm arguing that the dating scene is asymmetrical for biological reasons, and if people choose to date, this is something that they must accept. Personally, this would be a downside to dating but as a MGTOW, I don't date so idgaf and idk who in this sub would care.
/r/MGTOW223/07/19 12:35 PM

But it's normal for women to want to be paid for. Their attraction is heavily based on being taken care of. I would see the joke, but there isn't one, because the OP appears to be seriously looking for a relationship. This is just the game he is choosing to play.

Honestly, I think you're both right to some extent, but I'm thinking for different reasons. I'd say she 'might' be causing harm to society, but it's kinda like the result of society itself. Like if there wasn't a market for her shit, she wouldn't be so successful. If it's not going to be her, it's going to be someone else exploiting simps, that's just the way the economy works. Generally if it's profitable, it'll happen. If not, it won't. If I was in her position, I would probably do the same.…

Obviously I said AWALT is false then in that case they misuse the term ... Very few people I have seen using it properly. It doesn't sound very obvious to me, you just said that it is both false, misused, and has the potential to hold meaning, indicating it is true. I'm still not too sure what you mean. I'd argue that some things you learn in school are important, but it's diluted with so much time wasting material. Then on top of that, there is a huge emphasis on assignments and exams, which are substantially less efficient as a means of education over further theory or practical work.

I have to say that this comment is the best take on the situation. It's too easy to over-complicate this situation with factors which don't matter. Defend what? The only argument that has been made is that I study gender studies. I only said I am a scientist to make it clear that this is false. If you're referring to masculinity, I'm unsure of what I need to backup with facts and the like. Check the definition.

I'm a scientist. I use logical arguments, not ad hominem like yourself. Go check the definition of masculinity. You're obviously confusing it with 'male traits'.

This is incorrect. Masculinity does encompass sleeping around, and it is not linked to virtue directly. Masculinity is just a set of stereotypical characteristics.

Great post. I want to note that even without statistics you can reach MGTOW through logic using red pill theory. Just by understanding women you can create an educated guess of the outputs, which statistics only confirm.

I'm not talking about responsibility, I'm talking about attraction being tied to how women view personality, which differs from men. Women are more hypergamous than men and are therefore more shallow in their attraction. It's a joke when people think it's the reverse. Sadly most people do.

Not everybody is red-pilled like we are. You can't expect people who haven't learnt what women are like to act as if they do. Do you also complain when a little kid struggles to do basic maths? Even if he is red-pilled, it doesn't mean it's been fully accepted. It's always good to question what you believe is true. This is first hand evidence of what women are like, a lesson worth spending 10 minutes learning.

inherently meaningless universe The universe isn't perceived as meaningless through humans, your question makes a false assumption. Obviously if you look more broadly, where subjectivity no longer is present then there is no value to happiness. Damn, I feel really sympathetic for you. I too find rare events like this very interesting, but there's something more to it than that. Like being pulled away from such a thing can really build up rage, even though to those who don't understand it doesn't seem like a big deal. You cannot be angry at them, because with you existing, they did what was biologically required of them. I think this is flawed. You can be angry at whatever induces the emotion. If you say anger isn't deserved for something due its nature, you can extrapolate that to everything in existence.

TRP is a collection of theory, not a decision to go pua. The theory is amazing and I don't think you should disassociate yourself from it (assuming you've fully researched it in the first place). Saying that, the knowledge can be used to help with pua, as we see on TRP sub. But the theory is also the basis for men to go MGTOW. It's important to understand where that natural instinct comes from. It's not the same instinct that makes you want to eat when hungry, or sleep when tired. This isn't an instinct that favours your quality of life via survival, it favours your genes. It's up to you to decide which is more important. If you choose your quality of life, then at least its clear what you must do. You know that if these instincts are telling you to do something you're not, you're probably doing something right.

Is it really right to exclude women from our personal lives entirely? We aren't splitting the world in half to avoid females, it's not the direction we're taking. You're saying that if MGTOW were to be taken to an extreme it wouldn't be rational, but it isn't even an option in this society for MGTOW to be taken to an extreme without living in a forest. Your argument on this holds no value. Now looking at something more realistic reductions of interactions with women, it clearly increases the qua…

Wrong question. The question is why do men not age as badly as women? It's because men are fertile when older than women, so there is natural selection working on keeping men viable at older ages. Of course there are also other factors like exposure to the sun and not exercising.

evolution hasn't figured it out either. If you're referring to scientists forming theories on what came first and how evolution occurred, then yes they absolutely have. If you want to improve you must overcome your nature. Learn to actually think about things in a logical manner before acting, this will overcome emotional based impulsiveness. You also have to realise that your emotional motives aren't whats best for your sons and husband (or yourself in the long-term), and must counteract them when trying to improve yourself. I'd argue that the characteristics you described might provide you with the open-mindedness to improve where others wouldn't bother, but …

Opinions in which regard? AWALT is applicable to every woman, regardless of personality. This is because it comes down to their biological development, making them much more emotional and unstable than men. Combined with a biased law/social system yields a loose cannon. I guess the characteristics you described are on the less extreme side, so MGTOWs would perceive you to be a piranha in an ocean of sharks. Neither are worth interacting with.

I wouldn't do that illegal activity for the risk of myself getting in trouble, moral position is irrelevant. The thing is that those simps disgust me. If a stranger is handing out money to everyone, then you come along and he ignores you, he is essentially breaking a constructive obligation, and is hence being rude to you. You can extend this to only giving money to (attractive) women, and it holds, being rude to everyone he is ignoring. These kinds of blue men I'd be happy to exploit. It's simi…

Nope, the education part is swallowing the pill. MGTOW is a decision you may make with that information. What that decision entails is going your own way (away from women). How far away is the variable, where it starts looking a bit more subjective.
/r/MGTOW11/11/18 01:57 PM
5

We absolutely should. If i was a woman, I'd wear make up, because every other woman does. By not exploiting the system to be on par with everyone else, you're giving yourself a relative disadvantage over everyone else in life for no benefit of your own. Now it's not the same for us, being men. But hold on, just like women we can cheat our appearance to exploit the weaknesses of society, to again put ourselves on par with women.
/r/MGTOW11/11/18 01:47 PM

Every woman exploits their appearance for some form of gain. You could call that morally wrong in itself, but this is no worse than what they all do... This is just levelling the playing field (at exploiting simps who are asking for it).

The thing is that humans have a very high sexual dimorphism, to the extent that equal rights are not equivalent. Our rights and protection should be better suited to our genders. For example take sharia law, it shows how inequality can work around problems that we face having 'equality'. Not that we have equality, but while simps and white knights exist, there will always be that female bias, which needs to be counteracted by laws in favor of men.
/r/MGTOW05/11/18 02:57 PM

I like this to be honest. This sort of stuff just divides women from men, and brings more men to MGTOW. It's better than living in a world where everyone but you is a simp. Just as long as I don't end up having to take the quiz...

This is one factor, but more importantly; If you meet a 'NAWALT' who isn't deceiving you or anything, for how long will they be NAWALT? The problem is it's part of their nature to BE AWALT. As women are so heavily influenced by impulse emotions, that NAWALT will eventually mess up in one way or another, and you'll start to see signs of AWALT right?

I have taken this into account. The problem is whenever you analyse what others say and do, relative to yourself, and it confirms your initial thoughts. But when you put in effort to analyse formal argumentative components and find clearly incidental fallacies, it's an objective measurement to my knowledge. The red pill encompasses the understanding of women, including their intellectual inferiority by deduction and example, as well as the mindset of white knights and simps. My suggestion requires you to have a fair bit of time to put into this, but there's no rush. Categorise the topics you wish to encompass, apply constraints based on your lifestyle and subjectivity, and write them down (the more you progress, the more you forget). For example, if you want a better understanding of your future potential interests, record broad topics which encompass everything of interest, and break them into subtopics, and then you can use motives to prioritise some over others. …

Nice, but it sounds like your mindset can only last for a short period though, and things might have to change. But I won't say it can't work for you. Also, I thought nofap was more of a tool to redirect your sexual needs towards women, countering the thing you're trying to avoid. It's comical how similar the first part of the reply was to the advice in MGTOW. And yes, these characteristics do make men more attractive to women over the years. But you can't flip it to make women more attractive to men, this is more of a living strategy than a dating strategy. This is because the most important components of a woman to men are appearance and youth. Every year she takes off dating to enjoy her asexual life, the harder it will be to return as she gets older and less attractiv…

If you're saying the problem is him posting about it, then you can use the same logic with women: Don't think women are worth it? Then go your own way and don't post about it on mgtow or we're gonna get together and lynch you. This subreddit is not about insulting constructive content providers, it's about using their content for our own benefit. Sure, you can question if it's constructive, but if you do... th…

What are you trying to achieve by trying to insult him? You clearly don't have a valid argument so you're trying to dilute your comment with ad hominem, to draw away from the fact that you're not saying anything useful... The OPs thread is in line with the whole point of this subreddit; to share MGTOW related ideas and stories FOR OTHERS. That's exactly what this is, by giving us a look into a social scene of this age group.

I question whether you should avoid categorising women as 'sane' and 'insane'. In this scenario, some may be sane and never pull the trigger. But given AWALT, it seems likely that any woman may pull the trigger, you just don't know which one will. For example, if it were a coin toss, it'd look like 50% of women are sane. But in reality, letting your guard down to those 50% is just asking to get shot.

Such a high proportion of them are the latter which is the problem, it ruins it for the rest (assuming any female streamers are actually any good). It just makes it disgusting to go on any female stream, because it's filled with thirsty simps, and has inflated viewers/subs given quality.

Interesting that you've made this decision when you love her so much. I would have thought your feelings would have tapered off before you choosing to cut her off. But if you've made up your mind, the solution is pretty simple. There are many methods to counter infatuation, I'd say one of the best method is to swallow the red pill, by doing all of the theory reading on 'The Red Pill' sidebar.

I'd like to ask why you're posting here of all places? Are you already red pilled and understand the risks but your judgement is clouded, or you want to be talked out of it or what? Based on your other replies I think this quote is appropriate "you either love women or you understand them". You love her and you want what is best for her. But the more you understand her, the more you see that she will act on her feelings, which will push her away from you. This is unless you manage to set up a sy…

I thought it was due to you having held the beliefs but still maintain the basis via use of religion in your arguments. i still get the urge to find prostitutes despite the fact that i never needed sex beforehand Wow. By the sounds of it, sex isn't even a big deal anyway, it's just ridiculously over-hyped. Then in real life there's less competition per girl (which 'worked' for you), but there's way less girls. I'm just skeptical when you say "real connection", because 100 men she knows irl might think they have a connection to one girl, and she can just mirror each one, without having any feelings.

Well I spent way too long thinking on this... Most women are so damn promiscuous that it ruins it for the rest of them. Doesn't matter if any women try not to be, because they eventually realise that they won't be banished or anything if they go on a sex rampage. They can just forget it happened, and then do it more and more... So if any of us were women, we could try to refrain from promiscuity, and become a unicorn for a man to sweep us off our feet. But when all of our female friends are havi…

You're right on an individual level. Even without stupid laws favouring women, MGTOW is better than have to deal with what women are today. But if society enforced women to change opposed to yourself, it's beginning to sound better. The question is how much better?

I truly want to have kids, In how long? You are a young male, normally this isn't even something for you to think about for many many years. So a woman who eats too much complains about a delay in the government giving her free money, so she 'can't' afford tampons. I can't fully appreciate the need for experiences, as I am in a similar position and age as the OP. it's a natural urge and fighting against it is counterproductive. I thought one of the key components of MGTOW is to overcome natural urges for more rational decision making. To be fair to the women haters, the media has shoved 'women love even more than men' down our throats for as long as I can remember. This scenario is more analogous to hating cancer, viruses, bacteria, mosquitoes, and those little fish that swim up your urethra and eat your dick from the inside. Can you really not blame these organisms and mechanisms for existing and doing what they do, regardless of its effect on you?

good women are out there The problem is how you define good. If a billion identical women who were hoes all had relationships with different people in different environments, I'm sure at least one of them would act in an 'acceptable manner' for x amount of time. Doesn't mean she isn't the same hoe as the rest of them. As soon as her environment changes or we look far enough into the future, that will be obvious. I bet those 3-4 examples were glances of 'acceptable manners', or just plain deceit.

yeah I gathered that she implied or said she was a virgin and should be punished for fucking with him. But even if she wasn't, I'm noting that talking about the woman's past promiscuity is up to the man. If she never said she was a virgin and if he never asked, she isn't in the wrong for not announcing she's a hoe to everyone she gets into a relationship with. This is the interesting part. I'd think that in a relationship it'd rarely be suitable to talk about past 'experience', the man would prefer to be oblivious in his blue pill world, and it'd never favor a hoe to admit reality, even though she may not know promiscuity matters without being ignorant. So unless she actually implied she was a virgin or something, she wasn't really in the wrong for not telling him. But he wasn't in the wrong for the backlash. The fact is that she is worthless now, but…

Exactly. The accusation is more severe than the accused crime, due to complete certainty that an activity took place. I thought they know what they like and hate but they create false positives. For example he may like trying to entertain her, but ignoring the fact that it's only because if he was doing something more enjoyable she'd be ruining it for him. I was referring to redirection of anger from what is was initially, to the lack of acknowledgement. I think regardless of if it's a logical fallacy; what you're arguing, it's still not a non sequitur.

A non sequitur is a formal fallacy, so if it is present, the logical form of the argument it makes should be flawed. P1: she is outraged and he is not acknowledging her outrage P2: lack of acknowledgement can redirect her (specific) outrage. OR people tend not to redirect outrage due to a lack of acknowledgement of outrage C: her outrage has been redirected. Either way the arguments appear to be sound, and the latter allows for exceptions, which she is. Her response seems to be more of an absurd…

There's nothing wrong with their existence. If they're advocating what MGTOW actually is, there is no way that they are making themselves look decent. This is like a fish finally being able to comprehend that it cannot walk on land, and starts tell land creatures that it cannot walk on land. This in NO WAY should make you think that it can walk on land, in the same way that women finally realising MGTOW is correct, suddenly means MGTOW isn't correct, therefore you should hook up with her... It m…

One day I'm going to marry a lovely woman just like you, who will nag me about doing the shit I want to do. But seriously, even if it was advantageous to stop playing games, I don't know why (based on this thread). Saying people who play it are boys and not men is a ridiculously weak argument, it is just an attempted insult at those who do play games. The only people that this would convince are those who would give in to the pressure of normality and societal acceptance. Given that it takes ove…

It would be nice if #3 was in a separate subreddit, but it definitely has use. Strong negative responses to horrendous injustices keeps MGTOWians on their toes, and stops them from reverting to their natural blue pilled state. The memes and such which more or less make fun of women can be viewed as negative. But the point of it is that if you can just embrace misogyny, not only will you never become blue pilled, but you can have a good laugh at the expense of women. Because of this, I can come o…

you're right from a productivity perspective, but there are still exceptions. It's always good to further confirm TRP concepts by seeing them in play yourself. To me this post wasn't about convincing the girl, but about how she as a 2018 16 yo responds to what the OP says. There's also the innate entertainment value in speaking to a 'potentially' valuable (attractive) female. It's probably worth counteracting this most of the time, but MGTOW doesn't have to be as one dimensional as some perceive…

kinda irrelevant, but wouldn't it be great being gay, besides difficulty in finding a partner? Like can't you be blue-pilled, find a unicorn, and things can actually go just as well as BPers imagine? Because aren't gay men still men; logical, not retarded, savage opportunists?

You are claiming that abandoning ... based solely on a finance decision to benefit the self No I'm not. My claim was never that you are entirely wrong in this sense. In fact if you look back you see i said: I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm saying its irrelevant. I never said you are right either, but the point is you should read what i write more carefully. I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm saying its irrelevant. No one cares about whether it's defined to be narcissistic, because you've added subjectivity to it. In doing so you're adding implied premises which contradict the whole argument. You're using shallow emotions to argue with logic. Just typical woman bullshit, regardless of your gender.

The problem in the way you're thinking is that you assume that men have the option to act on what they really want over: I do not value your love, existence or potential relationships as much as I value my own independence and freedom FROM YOU- In reality, the man may not even have a choice to care for his children, and to have a good relationship with them. - The mother has more control, and can easily convince the children to dislike the father, assuming he even gets to see them regularly - Th…

I see TRP more like school, and if you pass you reach MGTOW, if you fail you get married. TRP isn't any more narcissistic than MGTOW, just that the type of person you quoted is also the person not to pass anytime soon. So you get a bunch of these guys filling up the comments in TRP, diluting the actual new RPers who need proper advice.

Isn't the no true Scotsman fallacy more of a definition shift? This feels more like a typical loaded question. There is an implied (potentially false) premise, which is maintained if the question isn't addressed directly. I guess it doubles up as a personal attack when a loaded question is made public.

I see many women dedicated asf to their studies in biomed, and do really well. Saying that, it essentially involves ridiculous dedication, indicating no external aspirations. They generally appear to lack incorporation of creative ideas, but I guess they can still come a long way with dedicated standard learning. I think mechanism-based interest is substantially reduced for them over males, so they're entirely motivated by necessity.

If love is of the intensity that men feel towards women early on, then is it only ~2 years due to the women's response (not matching the personality quality of the man), or is it due to men dropping off regardless? I'd think this could only be answered by someone who's convinced he's with a unicorn... or maybe someone in a male homosexual relationship.

I started my most recent relationship with honesty In other regards I treat my son like he's a mature adult (male). Because he's obviously able to, and wants to understand things from my perspective. He's also imaginary.

It's in the sidebar of TRP, alongside other fundamental components of sexual-related decision making. Anyone who hasn't already read it should go back to that beginning of the road to MGTOW.

I feel that given the lack of sufficient evidence (given they never even did anything), their punishment should be moderated. While it's essentially been proven that she lied, so her punishment should not be moderated, and should therefore be longer than that of the accused. Your response almost feels as emotional as theirs. Masculinity, power all that bullshit is irrelevant to what MGTOW is. Don't bother blocking an attack that was never going to hit you. MGTOW may compromise being a man, it may be infantilisation, and our beliefs may be faggotry. But all of these factors are independent of what we want, a good fucking life... so even addressing their statements are redundant. Obviously what these guys said were incorrect. Eh, the problem is that you're a male, and as such you easily gain ridiculously strong emotions towards individuals. When you stand on the edge, whether that be through ignorance or indifference (as suggested above) towards the reality of women, you eventually succumb to the emotions, pushing you back into fantasy, which can be dangerous. Maintaining strong, general views helps keep your head clear. It may be biased, but doesn't mean you have to act in a biased way, that's just where your judgem…

I'd agree that his appeal to humility is completely unnecessary. The reason being that it's easy asf to counter your argument through logic. But how can you complain about him using a fallacious argument when your initial argument is fallacious? The only difference is that his arguments are informal, so it doesn't matter as much if they're flawed, unlike yours. If you don't understand what i'm saying, spend time only saying things you know are correct. Based on the residual, you'll see how much …

Hmm I'm not sure if either of these will occur unless something major happens, pushing many more men towards TRP. TRP individuals are less likely to have offspring than those BP individuals who are 'tricked' into it by societal norms and emotions. Consider feminism, its logical failure hurts women, causing them to join feminism, creating a positive feedback loop. TRP provides something so useful that it comes at the expense of evolutionary benefit, so we get a negative feedback loop. AWALT chara…

Your friend holds innate wants, common among most, if not all men. Even learning about TRP, you will still want to fulfill these aspects of your life. By lifting and expoiting women for your own social/sexual benefit is great, but you may still be missing some emotional needs that you would (hope to) get with a unicorn. A great outlet is devotion to a hobby that you love, loyalty from a dog, and 'proper' socialising with other males. Remember that TRP allows you to no longer be dependant on wome…

I think it's due to the social structure; where attraction of females has been based on the value of males. Men of high SMV are more likely to be less interested in the average woman, whereas this is the opposite for lower SMV men. So in general, the better SMV male is 'less' interested in females. Also, women can hold onto low SMV men, whilst still trying to obtain ones of higher SMV, as they're less loyal than men.
