She has blamed me so I know it’s partially my fault. All she has to do is blame you and it becomes your fault? There is no excuse for cheating. She should be remorseful but she is not showing any symptoms of it. Its guilt at best. There's a difference when it comes to reconciliation. Since she hasn't showed that, your case doesn't qualify to reconcile. The cheater having the audacity to blame the victim should be a straight shot confirmation for divorce.

I digress. You can advocate for multiple issues. It just takes a lot more work. And why am I not surprised at your 'TLDR'. Also rapes are horrifically frequent in a lot more places. Your oblivion is the result of differing media coverage by regions. And the murders are the negative side effect of imposing death penalty as a kneejerk reaction to the increasing displeasure of the nation towards such crimes.

Without denying or criticizing anything you have written, I will point the misplaced usage of rape culture as the mere existence of rapes in any number does not amount to existence of rape culture. Rape culture is a society or environment whose prevailing social attitudes have the effect of normalizing or trivializing sexual assault and abuse. I would say that India has actually the opposite. The loud and obvious distaste and displeasure expressed by the population in turn causes increased focus…

Every country's media has a topic it prioritises over others. Your country's media must have one. The US has racism. Similarly India has this. And this is a post 2012 development. After a hugely infamous case that brought a lot of attention to the media and what it covers by population with India. Any country with a sizeable population must have a sizeable rate of crime for any type of crime. If a country focuses a lot on murders, then the country has a special problem for murders? And the rest …

Facts and statistics, as and when they are claimed as so, must stand the test of authenticity and reliability(of methodology, etc). And even after that, the buck stops at inference-inference made from the data. Which requires nuance and an objective assessment devoid of emotions and personal preferences to the maximum extent. And you lack that. So not denying the 'facts and statistics'. Pointing the flawed conclusion you ever so readily make.

They won't factor in that India is what Europe would have been if it became a country(except India is still way more hyperdiverse) and that no matter what ethnicity or culture you come from, they know you as part of the contemporary political entity called India and will judge you pre-emptively as what their understanding of a member of that political entity, that is an 'Indian'(if the neighbouring countries of India, which have varying identities, were part of India, then they would be recogniz…

I feel so too. So report your wife. Then become indifferent to them except for whatever contact needs to happen for the sake of coparenting. Focus on outshining the both of them monetarily. Then focus on having a more loving, fulfilling and successful relationship than them. The best revenge is massive success.

And yet you are thinking of not reporting her? She can still hurt you and you are still supposed to take it? She is a stranger now. She hurt you. Don't be afraid to hit back. Sure move on later. But only when the scales of justice are balanced. Then be indiferrent.

Tell her hr. She needs to face consequences. She agreed to 6 months on no contact with the guy. But she backtracked. So now you should backtrack on your agreement of not reporting her to her hr. So tell her hr immediately. Do not be confused. I know people are telling to ignore, but you can do that after reporting. Also do tell the guy's wife. Tell her parents and family members. Tell the guy and his wife's entire social circle. Tell everyone the guy knows. It will take some effort but do it. Pe…

Omg. This guy needs to have some self respect. So much shit again and again from the same person? Insanity is doing the same thing again and again expecting things to change.
