"All (group of people) are (label)" is an emotional response. It indicates the person saying it is highly emotional, quite irrational and isn't receptive to logic, reason or evidence. You could try to reason with them, but a lot of times the fact that they say that statement in the first place shows resistance to logic and facts. Yes, it's a stretch. You are giving her the benefit of the doubt when she is holding a sign that says she believes she doesn't have to pay for birth control and that feminism is needed for that. Somehow inferring that, that means condoms for her and hey boyfriend is a very large assumption to make. The issue for me is that both genders have their problems, but I tend to lean that men actually have more problems. Find an image of a man who is promoting free contraceptives for men. That would mean that the man is essentially focused on benefits for his gender. Now if the man were to hold a sign saying free contraceptives for... all, that would be different. You are telling everyone to "work together", when the image clearly shows a person focused only on one gender. Picture: Free contraceptives for women! MR: What about equality and including men? I don't see how this is being misogynistic. What I take from this is that the law will favor women in certain situations, which is the law's fault. It's probably also tied with society's conventions and norms. It would be different if I were to blatantly call women inferior or along those lines.
