8	Man being away from my kids for 2 nights is killing me. It's not what you want to hear, but you need to find new hobbies/routines to keep yourself busy when the kiddos are away. Podcasts/Youtube/Chores do provide some help. But going for hikes/runs and playing guitar are what saved me and still do. I've heard the gym works for others. There's something out there for you. My daughter is 7. I've been doing this shit for over 4 years now, which is crazy to me. It does get easier over time, but it still hurts when she's at her mom's.
