| 8 | Man being away from my kids for 2 nights is killing me.It's not what you want to hear, but you need to find new hobbies/routines to keep yourself busy when the kiddos are away. Podcasts/Youtube/Chores do provide some help. But going for hikes/runs and playing guitar are what saved me and still do. I've heard the gym works for others. There's something out there for you.
