You can get a really top quality steak for like 50 bucks. Obviously not the absolute best, but most people wouldn't notice a difference. Most restaurants charging 100 dollars or more a person are just charging it for location, decor and usually gimmicks/ambience. Spending a huge amount is usually just buying into hype and marketing.
