How do you like Krav Maga? I went to my first class last night, thinking about joining up.

Supplements can help with the anxiety thing. Start with a really good multi, fish oil, and cal/mag. PM me if you want more info.

Big cosign to #4, random dances are a staple in my house and can be the answer to almost any issue.

How many male friends does she have? They aren't friends, they're orbiters hoping for sex.

What's your goal? Look good or put up big numbers? Higher reps like 12-20 has been raved about for putting size on the legs but it would get you a big pr.

After 7 years why is the shyness a problem now? Are there people in your life pressuring you about her?

I used it all the time and never put down towels or have to change the sheets, unless we're doing a full on oil session were we both cover each other.

Havent a ton of studies shown effectiveness? The increased pump isnt just water, but whatever, pump isnt that important. I got new PRs and added reps when I finally used creatine, and I never got that same placebo effect from any other supps. I guess we agree anyways because you said it works. I think it is slightly more than miniscule though and worth using because it is pretty cheap.

I need to interject here that the effects of creatine are not miniscule. It gave me the sickest pumps ever and added reps to my sets. It does seem to have less effect with some people though.

You need a squatty potty. Google it, serious. I got one and my butt problems all went away.

Best way to improve hard ons is jelqing. I didnt have any EQ (erection quality) issues but tried it anyways and my hardness and fullness went through the roof. Just make sure to be safe and dont overdo it. Also kegels will help op hold his load in a little longer.

Breasts fluctuate base on hormones. Squats increase test which could cause breast gains.

Tracking calories isn't for everyone. I've only ever counted macros when bulking.

You should also use an aggressive joint supplement program. Take msm/glucosamine and beef gelatin religiously and up your efa intake, I could barely go up a flight of stairs because of knee pain before I started taking all that.

There are a few worth using, mainly whey, creatine, fish oil and a good multi. BCAA can be useful too. Totally agree with you about all the other bullshit.

Big +1 about the cardio, compare sprinters vs marathoners and it's easy to see why.

You need to get serious about your Omega 3s if you want to prevent a stroke. Take a lot of them every day.

Might want to try jelqing a few times a week it will give you much better erections. Its pretty mindblowing, I never had any problems with erections but it put me into a new level of hardness.

How can we consider a wife First Mate of the ship if she cant be relied on to get you home (when agreed upon, I dont think you should be using her as a DD constantly)? I dont think OP needed his wife to take care of him because he was drunk, he had an agreement that she would drive home.

Dont tell her. If you want whats best for her she would never know. You can be happy knowing that by not telling her you are saving her from the pain.

I would go to your pastor with her and get him to tell you guys that doggystyle is okay.

That doesnt sound like low maintenance to me. I would try to get her to lose the weight, you are fit and she should be too.

Came home from work and she said shes sorry for last night and I asked why? Turns out she was making the disinterested/annoyed face because she said I had bad breath. Now I feel kinda dumb. I had brushed my teeth right before, guess I need to step up my game, getting mouthwash asap.

Thanks for the post, Gonna pick that up ASAP. I will pretty much be keeping it caveman and I am happy with that, no more hopes of her initiating or anything.

Okay I was thinking along the line of bad sex isn't better than no sex. It was 9:30 at night so not much to get done but I guess I could have tinkered with something somewhere.

I get that video games are a waste of time but are we not supposed to watch tv or movies either? I like to play video games sometimes I don't see why I should quit. I did all that stuff to make it a great night for both of us, if I just wanted sex I could just take her right out of the shower and caveman her. I guesstimate the 12% but I've put pics on bb.com and they agree that it's in that range. I am very good looking and tall, get comments all the time, told I could be a model etc, so anythin…

She probably does a good amount of the time, maybe a majority. She is kind of a lazy person in general, I don't know how to inspire her sex drive.

I don't normally do anything like that, it's usually a variety of me initiating without much foreplay. She was getting turned on though but when it switched to sex she got fidgety.

Start off smaller than that. Just walk her into the room, drop her pants and panties, position her to doggystyle on the bed, fuck til you nut then pull your pants back up.

I do it hard and fast often. For example a few days ago we were getting ready for work in the am and I hold her then start rubbing her and enter her within 60 seconds. Zero resistance or hesitance, but this was all me; I bent her over a chair and got going. I am wanting more passionate sex like we used to have earlier in the relationship. My goal for tonight was to get her totally into it and make her orgasm. edit: I think the logical thing for me to do is to have doggystyle 90% of the time and …

She needs to get better at sex. Women can do kegels to tighten it up and learn to squeeze it for you. Not sure how you tell Her that though.

Doesn't even sound like that much of an asshole tbh. You put yourself first and she seemed to like that.

Its just part of being a man. You think people who spin plates for 10 years then get married have it any easier? Probably worse for them because of all the memories.

Im new to all this, thanks for helping, I dont know what dread game is. How would one use jealousy? Like jealous of other women or activities? Both?
