| 1 | Take the first step... Go lift.Usually awake at 6:30. Hour and a half of "morning" rituals, than an hour drive to be on shift at 9. Actual morning staff get in around 4, so theres a few pleasantries before I'm back home around 6 am. Maybe I could get to a gym or something about that time? I'm usually only sleeping by 9 or 10, I just tend to rest for that time cause no-one wants to see someone half asleep when the suns rising. | 0 | Take the first step... Go lift.What about the simple problem of time? I drive 2 hours each day to a full nightshift job. If I'm awake by 5pm I consider that early.
