4	Lessons from day game I've struggled with this as well. Although it's mostly in my past now. My tip to you would just be to practice on people you're really comfortable with to start off. Set goals to retain eye contact for the entire conversation. It will be tough at first, but after enough practice it will be second nature. You can then progressively start to do the same with people you're less comfortable with. You definitely have it in you. Just tackle it conversation by conversation.
