1	So i went Monk Mode Damn ok! That makes a ton of sense! Just another question: I went back to school recently and all my stuff is online, and that's how I communicate with most of my friends. So do you have any recommendations for how to deal with having something so addictive nearby all the time? Like if I receive a text, I'm tempted to text back, or one Youtube vid for my courses spirals into a rabbit hole. Do you just like muscle your way through it? 3	So i went Monk Mode Wow that's really impressive! I've been trying/wanting to do some of those things (learn a new language, study stocks, stop wasting time specifically) in order to better myself. I think I have the motivation to do it, but I can never sit myself down to do it and eventually I drift back to Reddit and wasting time online. So yeah, any tips? thanks in advance!
