Totally agree with you, but he has to also get the basics done, just imagine, you got pimples on your face, your breath sank, your body odour is not great, your not in a great shape ( I am not saying that op is like that, I am just giving an example) I dont think women will talk you if you approach them. Op has to do both, approach and improve himself.
