If you wanna look big in clothes train your neck and upper traps. Since I started training them directly a few times a week I now get told I look big. Steroid users often have these traits. They key to looking good with a shirt on

I'm only curious about this sub. I believe a lot of the ideas are true, but I don't call myself a red pill man. One thing I have noticed is a lot of men I meet in real life that are into red pill theory arw usually very socially weird and actually not good with women at all. So yeah, I do read everything on here with a pinch of salt, a big one actually.

Strongly disagree with traps. I think they're are actually one of the most attractive muscles when you're wearing clothes. I strongly recommend lots of direct trap and neck work to look big in a t-shirt. If you don't train these muscles, you can still look quite small in clothing. That's not ideal when you live in a cold country and are wearing clothes 99% of the time.

Being 5'4 would be an issue for many men. Your life will be harder without a doubt. You can make up for it, but if you've ever overheard women talking about men you'll know that being short is something they'll hold against you. I'm 5'9 which is the average height in my country. Even at the average height, I do get shit tested occasionally for it, mostly by overweight chicks to be honest who I have no interest in dating anyway. I don't think my height is an issue for most women though, just not …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
