I will give the UK credit for a few recent trials, unless I'm getting the country mixed up with somewhere else. They seemed to be a bit more equal in sentencing recently unless I got mixed with somewhere else, like that sacrifice trial if that was UK. However I don't trust it not to go back, equality must be written into the law in order to prevent this in future.

My parents didn't even divorce, a "successful" marriage was a messed up enough spectacle to put me off.
