But bro the paradigm in fitness for a few years has been: -protein and possibly sugary carbs (e.g banana) ingested within 30 min of finishing resistance training (usually protein powder for convenience) -and a full meal within 2 hours Is this bullshit? Can I just eat a steak sandwich withing an hour of finishing my workout? Completely natty here.
