I think that's the mainstream stuff that is safe and feed to children if you look at adult fiction particularly manga/Anime as that's where I read most fiction these days a lot of them have these harsh truths in them maeby not every truth as it is still fiction but there are plenty of stories that do have harsh truths. I don't usually try to push manga to people but Berserk Is definitely worth the read the main character may not be MGTOW but the sheer amount of people sho Berserk has helped in their real-life is astounding definitely worth reading the only bad thing about it is that it won't be finished but I still think it is the best manga ever written(Drawn?
