I am all for running starting strength, but some accessory work for the upper body must be done. I have friends that ran starting strength for a year, and they ended up with big legs and no upper body development. Add db flyes, pinn press, db lateral raises, hammer strenght row etc.

Honestly - I do not think women have sex (always) for the same purpose as men.
