As someone who doesn't believe in the institution of marriage, I think my big problem with it is that there is absolutely no material benefit to it for a man, in comparison to a relationship that you can just walk away from. If she wants to cheat, she'll cheat. If she wants out, she'll get out. If she didn't want a prenup, there's a specific reason for that (and we all know what that reason is).
