I don't have the energy to give you a long story but believe me I have re-attracted 3 girls just this year who seemed like they lost interest just by withdrawing my interest too. I did not introduce myself, I kept walking slowly as I usually so which left the girl in the middle trying to decide if she should slow down for me or pace the guy ( we were walking ) I slowed down eventually we go to a section that lead to where we were going she told me she will be right back and went with him.. I'm not in a position to pull her anyways today so I don't mind that. Just trying to see if i handled it the best possible way

Nice right up, since nobody has refuted this I will take it as the truth of the situation. I just met a guy who had no social anxiety and he is a socialpath which worked against him, cause even though he could approach without fear his lack of empathy was obvious to women within few hours of knowing him, he is charming at first but eventually within a short time his obvious lies and weird sense of reality robs people the wrong way. I appreciate your response, funny thing is I put in the effort when I set a goal, I followed the self improvement advice and did the exercises, wake up early, exercise every morning, read, meditate, did not leave my house except to go exercise and buy groceries, just a stretch of more than 6 months focusing on my goal e.t.c.
