bodylanguage is really hard to fake. If you're mentally confident and comfortable, the right (confident) body language will automatically flow from that. Everything else looks forced in a trained eye. Women are naturally better observers of body language. A good guide would make you conscious of certain postures/situations and their meaning. There have been posted several of these.
