They trained an AI to alert a recruiting officer to look at the resume when certain buzzwords appeared. No, its an example of bad AI tuning because it wasn't looking deeper than what was on the resume, and in the game of human capital there is no telling what it overlooked due to that AIs limited viewpoint.
