I recently read an article about the hangings they did after the Nuremberg trials after WW2. They were meticulous about using the the right height of drop per the table and there were still many whose necks did not break and struggled for a long time. One was over 10 minutes.

The thing is, I don’t meet many of these normal feminists you speak of. Maybe the crazy ones are just more vocal but you can do a quick search and find more of them than “normal” ones. Where men (and most women, since most aren’t feminists) differ on this topic is that we think Western women already have equality and now have unfair rights that hurt men.

Interesting. I think she missed out on the strip club thing though. Yes, some guys are just there to see nudity. But a lot of the guys there are just lonely. Not at all what I said. When someone mentions a study in an article you are free to go look up the study. If they quote a source you are free to look up the source. That’s how most articles work. They do not have bibliographies at the end. These aren’t papers or medical journals yet you’re treating the fact that it doesn’t give you a bibliography as having no proof. That’s not how it works. Several of the sources the author quoted are ones I’ve read before and they were accurately quoted.

Well, the fact that people often read headlines and make decisions based on that is part of the problem of the curriculum our schools teach. There is a lot of “do this” and “do that” but very little if any teaching on critical thinking. It’s been a problem for decades. Yes, there is not one singular reason for most things in education but trends can and must be identified.
