And even in the western world, we have some old male bosses who think it's okay to harass women employees and give all their male friends bonuses for the same work because they also think their wife is nagging them. -18	Didn’t know that math worked this way This article is idiotic, but that's not how wage gap works.. The point is that women often get paid less than men doing the same job, i.e. hourly wage. It's real and shouldn't be like that. But that doesn't mean men should be shamed for having a good salary, it just means we should work together to eliminate the old fashioned idea that a man's hour is worth more than a woman's.
