Yeah, I don't get the people assuming she's too dumb to understand the question. I think she fully understood that her ex was asking about her relationship status, and this was her way of saying "none of your business". It's a clever way to respond to a slightly-too-personal question, even if she does happen to be "not a REAL doctor", as some people here would like to believe.

If you have some similar feeling about MensRights, then you can very well dislike MensRights without disliking men. I absolutely have similar feelings about a group that blows "false rape accusations" out of proportion at every opportunity. So if you found out there was a kindergarten teacher who was telling young boys "it's illegal to play with dolls because you are a boy", would that outrage you? Would you consider it child abuse? Because that's basically how things were up until not that long ago, and to me it wouldn't be the least bit surprising to find out that there are some older teachers who still enforce rules like that in the classroom.

Theres more psychological effects of being told by someone you're supposed to respect (day after day, not just once) that you cant do something someone else can because you're different But that's exactly what the enforcement of traditional gender roles has done for centuries. Dolls are for girls, slingshots are for boys, that kind of thing. It's not good, and doing the exact same thing in reverse isn't any better, but it's also a far cry from child abuse.
