Eh, I was about 10% body fat when i was an XC runner. I was definitely a little more jacked for an XC runner tho due to genes, broad shoulders and wide upper back (inverted triangle figure), sure it helped but then I’d be too skinny as I was only 138. Now I’m 150 with 14% bf cuz I stopped running but I’m bulking to about 160-162 now because I want to be able to cut down to 150 wirh about 10% body fat. Working out so far

I have a lot to complain about women myself but I do disagree on the AWALT mindset, I think it’s mainly because I have a girlfriend myself who has the same ideology and views as I do which I think is quite possibly less than a 1% chance, but I do think there are more benefits to men who actually GTOW in terms of personal success, freedom, and overall enjoyment.
