If you're a dude, have some basic social skills, average looking or better (not being fat basically assures that). Add even more bonus points when dealing with 30+ year old women.

It's self rejection if she's that extreme. It's the equivalent of your buddy trying to work the nerve to approach a girl but chickens out last second.

If you just met her 15 minutes ago, good sign. If you know her pretty well, just means she doesn't think you have a disease.
/r/seduction14/09/22 12:27 AM

No, but if that girl goes out 2 or 3 times a week to bars or clubs then it's a huge red flag.

If they're talking, it doesn't matter. It they're quiet then you have a problem. Could just be nervousness, trying to impress you or whatever. If it goes on for a couple dates then it starts to become a red flag for narcissism.

Your indifference interests her because she was on the fence with you prior. In her head, she thought she was the decider on an okayish guy. Your response made her think that you're actually the one deciding on an okayish girl.

So, start with the comment. You're a stranger, not her long time friend. Most dudes would be confused by a cute woman walking up to them and saying hi.

Great response if you already took your shot and she responded cooly.

You don't have a charm or socially awkward problem. You have a low self esteem problem. One year of college and you messed up twice with women seems to indicate that you have some basic level of skills.

Have you ever had a conversation with any human being about reddit? How did that go? Passive hobbies are fine in moderation, they dont hurt or help with women though. You can't talk about them nor can you get them involved, so they don't give a shit about them.

You're overanalyszing motive. The knee jerk complaint from women is to dissuade the weaker men from trying. Because alpha, Chad, whatever you want to call it, isn't listening to anything they say anyways, so he's not going to not start talking to her at the coffee shop. No downside for women to say it.
/r/seduction02/09/22 12:16 AM

I wouldn't bother with the gimmicky PUA stuff at your age. But you shouldn't have a problem with 40 and older women. Just need some balls to say hello and escalate. You could go younger if you're a decent looking fellow with some game.

Dokt know about social circle reading. But for thr asking out part, you need to feel out the whole group first. And if some girl or girls show some strong interest over weeks or months than you can ask them out on an ambiguous date. Similar music tastes, hey we should check out this band together next week, go to the museum we both like art, etc. Where she's not sure if it's a date or a guy she's talked to 5 times trying to be a friend.

Bipolar isn't a cluster b. Cluster b is psychos, narcissistic and BPD. BPD flip mood suddenly and constantly. Bipolar flip from mania and depression slowly and for longer periods of time. One is caused by nurture, one is nature.
/r/seduction27/08/22 12:29 AM

This is called a social circle. And it requires social skills to navigate fittingly enough lol. It becomes a status within the group competition. Women won't do shit with you until they establish where you are on the hierarchy. Direct game is a no go, because everyone knows everyone else's business. And it requires patience. You need to talk to multiple girls, and each one of them several times. You need to also talk to a bunch of the dudes too. You'll know where you are on the ladder quickly en…

Do they go out of their way to talk to you? Or talk for more than 10 seconds? If you're a regular, not an empty dive bar, then it means they like you.

You're being obtuse. You've heard of the cliché of the girl in a 200 dollar gym outfit and makeup who goes to the gym and talks to people for an hour while doing little workout, right?
/r/seduction26/08/22 12:35 AM
-9

Blink or Planet fitness? You couldn't think this is a general rule of thumb if you've ever been to a gym that costs more than 30 bucks a month. The rest of the gyms, women often go hunting for finance guys at your Equinoxes or meatheads at your hard-core lifting ones. If anything,
/r/seduction26/08/22 12:28 AM

Right, that's your preference. But you've been to the gym. You know there are alot of women who go for that reason. This isn't good general advice. This is good you advice.

Since you're not even in the same continent, I'd just continue treating her like your friend. No need to consider escalating your flirting unless you ever end up face to face. No upside, all downside, otherwise.

Talk about logical shit that gets you excited. I've been plenty successful at keeping women interested while talking about the geekiest of hobbies. It's all about thr delivery and some personal anecdotes attached to it

The thing about OLD that isn't mentioned enough is that the guy to girl ratio is 3 or 4 guys to every girl. Nothing about your profile or opener is going to change that there is a massive imbalance which is going to cause the bottom 75% of dudes getting nothing and the top 25% of guys wondering why they get hotter chick's in real-life. Anecdotally, the few girls that did match my real world successes, were all crazy.

If you're asking us, don't be asking her. General rule of thumb is let a woman push the relationship forward. If you have some experience, there does become a point where there's no harm. I'm guessing you're not that experienced though.... so just keep courting her without saying anything about monogamy, girlfriend, moving in together, or wife unless she brings it up first.

So, I just finished this journey and married at 40. You still need game and I'd still say it's the most important thing to get girls. It's just different type of game is expected out of your vs a 20 year old. Even if you'll still dating the same aged women, they still look for different things. If a hot 25 year old girl is sitting at the park, a 25 year old guy approaches who is really energetic, fun, carefree and in general acting like a clown. An hour later, a 35 year old man approaches her wi…

You mentioned that you live in a big city which means the fat issue isn't nearly the case as it in the suburbs or countryside. You have a low sex drive or you are too picky.

It can bare fruit, but I don't think the amount of direct rejection that comes along with is healthy for most dudes.

There is one school of thought there, with negs and general bullshittery. Even the harmless version is just doing douchey rehearsed routines. And the cat is out of the bag on that one with the internet. Learn how to have a conversation, grab your sack and approach a woman, say hello. Timeless strategy.

Yeah dude, don't overanalyze then. People are going to people. She decided to get back with her ex, her grandma is in the hospital, work is busy, etc. Who knows, who cares, it's not something you did. Just bad timing.

If you're getting the first part happening, girls asking to hang out and being aggressive with you. You're doing something right, don't change what you're doing. The girl being flaky is independent of you unless you texted some batshit stuff or sent her wall of texts.

So I get this and also think you're being disingenuous at the same time. If you're walking down the sidewalk in Manhattan and stop at the corner waiting for the light. Some man who looks like Chris Hemsworth walk up 5 feet to your right. He turns to you, smirks and says "excuse me, you look like a local, can you recommend a pizzeria?". You and every single one of your friends are giggling and going into a 10 minute spiel about all the local cuisine. One you're really worried about it is the soci…

Third, fourth date, sure you can mention it at that point where you're actually sizing one another up for a relationship. Wouldn't do it on first date, and even when you do bring it up, don't go into a long conversation about it. You talking about your rough upbringing for 30 minutes isn't going to make her more likely to bang or date you.

Maybe for a fling or two will your average chick go for an actual asshole. When girls call their boyfriend or husband an asshole to you, what they mean is its sometimes frustrating dating a genuinely nice guy who has a backbone. When women say they want a nice guy. They mean a good dude who will occasionally emasculate themselves for her. What they avoid and sometimes friendzone are "nice" guys who come off somewhat fraudulent, and most definitely weak energy. On some level, they know you're pre…

It's just the natural order of things. Men start by courting the girl, then trying to bang her. After that, it's up to the woman to push for a relationship and all the checklist of things to come with that. Most men or women won't be interested in a relationship if the script is flipped. If thr girl is really into you, you can get away being the first to say I love you or reach to hold her hand in public first, etc. But do too many of these first and women will lose interest. Men don't want to m…

Falling in love is going to have a hundred different answers and none of them are wrong. Falling out of love usually just boils down to becoming an unpleasant woman to be around or dealing with a lazy, apathetic woman. On top of the more obvious stuff like abuse or cheating.

It's not toxic. Whether you should do it or not depends on your social IQ. If you can't approach people at a party or a bar, probably not a good idea to do it on the subway or street.

Can't hurt to counter offer coffee or drink date. But that she suggested fancy dinner after disappearing for weeks strongly suggests poor character.
/r/seduction06/08/22 05:08 AM

Context is important. If she says it after 2 dates, it's a polite rejection and she never wants to hear from you again most likely. Online dating especially. If she's someone you've been talking to a bit in a social circle, work, gym, etc than she is intrigued somewhat but not fully into you. Walking away could be enough to convince her you're a good catch.
/r/seduction06/08/22 04:57 AM

I get what you're saying. You have to understand what is actually being said though. They're talking to average Joe, socially awkward Joe and loser Joe. Because they know Above average Joe and Chad ignore this talk. When they tell men what to do, they're talking to Chad. When they tell men what not to do, they mean less desirable men.

A girl tells you she wants to fuck you, you don't need to over think the words that come out of your mouth. In fact, say nothing. Wither invite her to your place and make a move. Or next time you hang, just be very touchy.
/r/seduction05/08/22 12:07 AM

That advice applies when you're actively talking to a woman. You need to be aggressive about meeting and approaching. Once you say hello, at that point don't come off desperate or needy is what is meant by this advice.
/r/seduction04/08/22 03:18 PM
5

Work, neighbors and PTA meetings sure, wear a mask. I'm not sure what you mean past that. Are you fundamentally different around your best friend vs your girl? For new people, you should be weeding people as fast as possible. There's a reason girls shit test you and every sports team, fraternity, military "shit tests" also. Be yourself, don't let people walk all over you and test others to see if they'll let you walk all over them. If being yourself is polarizing, good.

I know how you meant it, you were using them as synonyms. I'm trying to tell you that awkward is a euphemism for the rest of us for guy we don't want around because he makes us uncomfortable. If you're getting called creep often you're doing something beyond nervous behavioru.
/r/seduction03/08/22 06:13 PM

There's a big difference between nervous and awkward. One is you being uncomfortable and the other is making someone else uncomfortable. Standing too close, staring, touching too soon, monotone speaking, saying batshit things are not nervous behavior. They're traits that autistic and psychos possess. And when that person is a stranger, girls can't tell which. You're either dangerous or a harmless guy they wouldn't fuck. Either way they want you to go away. Learn how to interact with men and old …

There's a reason all these type of posts come from single guys and not guys is relationships. I'm not trying to be mean, but that's not reasonable. Its so bad that more experience repeating whatever you're doing isn't helpful. There's somethjng about your body language, tone of your voice, standing too close, talking at instead of with that is offputting that you need to address. I'd suggest asking a friend to eavesdrop on some of your approaches. It's probably obvious if you are 0-100.

If you want to get laid then meet her. If you're a sensitive fella who falls for girls easy then stay away from a cheater because she will cheat on you.
/r/seduction31/07/22 08:09 AM

It's just a different set of problems. Hot chick's aren't any better or worse on average vs cute or ugly girls. Ugly chick's require constant reassurance that you love them. Hot chick's require constant reassurance that your a solid dude that could fuck other chick's. Cute chick's rotate between both those mindsets depending on the day. Pick your poison.
/r/seduction31/07/22 07:01 AM

You got the balls part of the equation solved. But those are some terrible ratios. Even if you were aiming way out of your league or coming off nervous, you should be getting more polite gave you a number or social media add with no intention of going outs. You're coming off odd or making them uncomfortable.
/r/seduction31/07/22 06:50 AM

Well, if you're 30 and a virgin woman (gay guy?) I'm going to guess the issue is with you and not all of mankind. It's hard to give you feedback without seeing texts or hearing the conversation. But you're doing something that scares them away.
/r/seduction31/07/22 03:47 AM

Hey, we're all human. Glad to hear this was more of a moment in time feeling and not something you've felt for a long time. Sounds like a close friend so be more proactive with asking for advice. Natural types can suck at explaining bigger picture stuff (be more confident! Just be yourself!) but he should be good at how to dress, what to say, when to approach, if a girl likes you, level of stuff.

Hmm, my gut is thinking it's a good thing. Especially if you're looking more for a girlfriend than a bang. Shy girl who wants her friends to screen if you're a jerk or player. Is she an immigrant?
/r/seduction30/07/22 12:32 AM

Not understanding what your issue is? If you're not interested, turn your head on the good night and move on. Otherwise, you're on a date. It's not some random dude who just spontaneously tried to kiss you.
/r/seduction29/07/22 11:36 PM

Any guy that has any game or learns game will sew the proverbial oats and then eventually get bored. You just happened to get there sooner than most. Nothing wrong with that. I'd recommend social circle and daygaming to find a better "challenge" and better wife material for the exit strategy. Bars and online dating are going to have a much higher percentage of low quality women.
/r/seduction29/07/22 10:24 PM
1

It's a double edged sword. If you don't keep chatting, they'll often lose interest to other guys flooding them. If you do chat, you have a higher chance of meeting them but it will all be for nothing if they don't like you physically. All said, I'd just risk losing her with silence than waste hours texting someone you probably won't bang or date anyways.

Depending on your social skill and game level, I'd adjust your daygame locales. Coffee shop, parks, shopping should still be on the table if you can approach at a bar without being a weirdo. I'd hold off on street game or mass transit unless you think you're nearing expert level social skills.
/r/seduction29/07/22 01:59 AM

Cool, keep doing what you're doing then. You're a young guy and there's a reason we call it social lubricant. If you're 40 and twice divorced and still can't just talk to a girl halfway through your first bourbon who is right next to you... then eh... stop being a pussy.

Keep negativity to a minimum. Topics will come up but try to still take a glass half full stance. I mean, don't be a psychopath if they bring up some messed up personal tragedy. But if the bartender is slow, don't complain to the girl next to you. Say something like it's really busy tonight, you think he's new on the job, cocktails must be really fancy here, etc. It's good advice if you're dealing with dudes, family, coworkers and women. Most of them are dating or married to a guy who asked them out at work. I know 4 bartenders and countless waitresses dating or married to a customer. This isn't like asking out a stripper who views you like a mark. I've had personal luck as well. I will add, usually was a customer that they met several times. Go back for coffee once a week and if she seems to like stopping and talking to you for a minute or two each time then go for it.

The focus 100% on yourself is for dudes with some serious physical, emotional or social issues that need to be resolved before you go out on the dating scene. I understand. To say it another way. Don't stick around to point where you have now become cruel. Thinking cruel thoughts a little too much, then bail before it becomes reality.

Yeah, been in that boat before. Personally I was never able to recover with my ex after being a dud for a year. But there are guys that have recovered. Usually required marriage or kids though . Nobody is going to be able to give you an answer on this one. It's a combo on how much you love this girl and how willing to reprove yourself without developing resentment towards her. If I could offer anything, it would just be to not stick around until you hate her.
/r/seduction21/07/22 07:38 AM

Requires a major self awareness check. Have you been holding your end up? Or did you just get lazy once you got the girl while faking it till you make it?

50 50 odds just being honest or a nut job. Your choice and I get going either way. I'd just look for red flags if you meet her

Don't go direct with a girl who is being direct with body language. Go for small talk. But approach more than anything else. Almost doesn't matter what you say as long as it's not some batshit crazy thing
/r/seduction21/07/22 07:04 AM

Small talk is for breaking the ice with new people. Do you text your best friend everyday with how are you, crazy weather? Etc. No, you just lead out with sports fucked up today, yo I got laid. Yo I got so drunk i shit my pants, Hey, what's that band you recommended? Just saw this movie that was awesome. Yeah, do something like that. Minus shitting the pants.

A mix of shooting way too far out of your league and she's an asshole. Aim lower until you work on that weight and socializing more. Other than that, there are a small minority of people who are just shit people. That's part of life and you're going to run into them when you put yourself out there. Eventually the ashholes know to be more passive aggressive around a confident person.

Yeah normally I wouldn't go real blunt, but in this case ask them what college they go to real quick so they can confirm if they are above 18 or not. No need to be subtle and wait until 3 or 4 brief conversations to butter them up on this one.

By not having that mindset. The star athlete in your high school wasn't dating the head cheerleader because he tried to prove himself to her. Nor did he act like a jerk to her despite some of cliches. He just did his business, made small talk here and there until she started mildly stalking him. Then he asked her out. You can't literally re enact that process out as a grown man. But the mindset is the same. Approach beautiful girl. Talk to her. And legitimately not care about the outcome. To the…

There was a big crypto scam going around awhile back. Asian girls on dating apps, chat you up for a couple days, stall on meeting up then ask you to sign up for some fake broker site where they steal money from you. Did she used to own a clothing store or some shit like that?

You have a skewed outlook if that's your general view. Not saying those things don't happen, but it's only common place in a coming of age teen movies or the very top of power structures. I don't know you, but generally speaking people with that everyone is stupid, sheeple unironically coming out of your mouth, the whole thing is a pointless, etc... nihilistic outlook. I'm guessing online dating? Bro, it's a crapshoot so don't drive yourself nuts with overanalyzing. Just keep the first dates cheap and casual. You're going to get bored girls looking to just get our of the house, girls looking for a free meal, girls on the rebound trying to shake off the dating rust, girls who just want a fling, girls genuinely looking for a boyfriend. Yeah, that's normal. Older people are probably the best practice you're going to have with stranger conversations. Couples in non social situations, guy can get a bit defensive. It's nature, he's being protective from possible danger even if you appear to be the most harmless dude on the planet. Different story if they were sitting next to you at a bar or in front of you on a Starbucks line. Context is important. Are you freezing up or do you truly have nothing in that noggin to talk about? No wrong answer, but the advice depends on which scenario you're experiencing.
/r/seduction18/07/22 08:13 PM
19

That's a whole different conversation. If you're making the angry incel argument, well then most guys still get married and have kids the last couple thousand years. And if you're going to die without kids, the least you could do is have a couple good friends to go through life with. 3 regrets on every dying person's mind. Lost loves, estranged family members and close friends they fell out of touch with because they were "busy".
/r/seduction18/07/22 07:29 PM
20

Well, to be honest, women are pretty terrible for advice on the earliest parts of courting a woman. You all seem to have trouble separating between the abstract instead of the individualized situation being presented to you. If you were out with me at the time I met a girl or I brought her around to meet you on the 4th date. Yeah, good advice might come from ya. But tin the abstract, ladies to seem to default to how you'd want Chad to court you lol.
/r/seduction18/07/22 05:42 PM
36

Yeah, the angry incel types. I'd avoid those types. I view them similar as I would an alcoholic. They need to have an epiphany all on their own. Take a step back from the abyss and then ask for help. All the best intentions, all the logic in the world won't do shit until that point. I'm focusing more on the guys who genuinely know the issue is themselves and want to improve.
/r/seduction18/07/22 05:16 PM
2

If you mean boring and not socially awkward, it is more on you. Yeah, yeah, it is a man's job to steer the conversation. You have to spit ball a bit until you stumble upon a topic that interests her. And if you're like most guys, a cute girl who is really excited to talk to you about something, anything at all, will be interesting.
/r/seduction18/07/22 04:51 PM
60

No, we do. That's why usually the advice that is thrown around is hit the gym, get some balls to approach, etc. Lately this sub has been flooded with socially awkward dudes which is a whole different, harder to fix problem. Hitting the gym and approaching when you don't even know how to have a 10 minute conversation with another man is pointless advice.
/r/seduction18/07/22 03:59 PM

Half the guys on here would benefit the most by making a friend first before worrying about a girlfriend. Good for them for identifying they have a problem and trying to fix it. But there's no quick fix for people who skipped years of socializing as a kid or teenager.

Is this online dating or girls you met in real life? If the latter, the solution is real easy... stop texting so much. Just set up dates.

To be fair, relationships and seduction are 2 different animals. Your girlfriend going direct with you and telling you she has a problem should be listened to. Some chick in your social circle telling you that you should alter your behavior is something to laugh off.

You're over analyzing it. They never had emotions for you, they just thought you were cute and interesting. Then you were too cold early on. And if the guy has other options, or met another girl playing less games in the weeks since he met you, then he'll just go that route instead. That kind of "The Rules" game playing never worked on Chad. And now with smart phones, that shit doesn't even work on above average Joe. Your results aren't great, but they're not terrible either. Sitting at the actual bar and not a table and most definitely not just standing around are a must. Try chatting up the bartender if it's not too busy. Better booze breath than cum breath lol. I'm teasing, either option is good to pop the cherry at your point. I'd also concentrate more on making friends than a girlfriend at this point. You see it every now and then in a big city with parks and mass transit. I've seen mostly successes with indirect, at least the girl was interested in a long conversation and light flirting. Don't know if those guys got a date or bang out of it. I've also seen a couple try hards doing routines at the park, never seen them get more than a giggle and i have to go sorry type of responses. If she keeps banging you and texting enthusiastic, I think you're good. If you don't mind boring, continue doing what you're doing. Usually shy guy who finally pushes himself falls into the trap of falling in love for the first hot chick they hook up with. The issue is that it's usually a crazy chick. Boring chick is good, haha. She also just might not have much relationship experience and might open up with time in the face to face department.

If you're a romantic, sensitive dude then run away before you develop feelings. Otherwise, she sounds like she wants something casual and if that works for you then no waste of time indeed.

Yeah, I was guessing super hot or super freaky in bed. I mean, she sounds pleasant but boring. Keep it going but keep your options open. Maybe she needs time to get comfortable or maybe she's just a weirdo.

I mean, I'm guessing, but I'd imagine his girlfriend picked up your vibe in person. My girlfriends always picked up quicker than me when a rival was interested and made a stink. I'd call them crazy, but pull back from being so friendly with girl as a concession. The timing with social media stuff is probably a nothing burger. Just when his gf finally brought you up to him. Women can sit on these things for a day or week.

/r/seduction11/07/22 06:27 PM

I dont think you completely screwed things up, but you're headed that way. Just dial things back and never be the first to bring up emotions or relationship again. Go back to the texting and hanging frequency you were before you caught some feels.

It's a bad idea regardless since it's at work. But you're going to ignore that anyways hah. Like others said, he changed after you met his girlfriend. /r/seduction11/07/22 05:22 PM

No quick way to get that answer. Proceed and see what actions she takes. If she bangs you, then she's attracted. If she keeps banging you regularly and enthusiastically, then you're maintaining attraction. If it's been 4 weeks and she seems to always have a headache, you're losing it.
/r/seduction11/07/22 04:21 PM

I think you're getting closer to the explanation with in and out of your league. It's probably more of a case of below your league put up with aloofness and ones in your league need some effort shown. Ones out of your league require actual games and the aloofness again starts to work when done deliberately as opposed to you genuinely not caring. It's essentially a nicer neg so to speak.

I agree with this is you're having a high overall flake %. But if this dude had literally 10 in a row, something else is going on. I've been lazy and just asked girls out after a couple texts online and even then i had like a 50% rate of the girl at least showing up. This dude is saying some crazy shit or the girls finally notice the 8th picture of his profile has him pointing a gun at a small child or some shit.
/r/seduction11/07/22 03:00 AM

You just kind of stumble into them. I don't think anyone ever directly asked a girl, "hey, do you want to be fuck buddies?" Usually it's a girl who asks a guy after having sex once or twice if you can keep it casual. Rebound, too busy at school or with career for a relationship, has a boyfriend already, you're her ex boyfriend. For a guy, you kind of have to go the plate route of leaving your status in an ambiguous state.
/r/seduction11/07/22 02:49 AM

Twas different because the women were also raised differently. I'm still very polite and kind of chivalrous I'd say. But that ends if a woman begins acting rude or entitled. I like being that guy but won't suffer a horse's ass in my presence. I think that's a good place to be.

Yes is the short answer. Bro, you have some issues that you would do the research to figure this out. And she probably picked up on said issues.

I agree with this guy. If it's some girl you barely know or care about, you just move on. If it was a real serious relationship, you should have a serious talk. Regardless, it's a bad sign which likely means she's looking to move on. But ghosting or directly confronting are 100% losing propositions. Keep your expectations low though.
/r/seduction10/07/22 02:36 AM

It's weird that a girl would sleep with a guy she just met. But equally weird to cuddle someone just met. So it's a bit of a odd paradox for sure. It'd be like giving a stranger my pin number but refusing to tell him what I do for a living because that's too personal.
/r/seduction10/07/22 02:23 AM

Yeah, I think it ties into the other long response you got about knowing your worth. Direct game often can fall into a sales pitch. Yeah, it shows you have balls which is good but then it's paired with selling you have more value then appearances would indicate. Let your vibe and natural confidence of a 38 year old guy who has done things sell yourself.

I wouldn't say i was bad with women as a younger guy, but got divorced after being with woman for a long time in my mid 30s. I had to relearn how to date, plus adjust for the age thing. The superficial stuff like appearances and hobbies don't really matter for relationships. If it's an Asian girl who likes running and gardening or a black chick who likes eating out and Netflix... it doesn't really matter. Comes down more to values and base personality and how that vibes with yours. If you're dating all over the place on that front then you do need to figure out what you want.

I generally agree with this, but it can get tricky with online dating when you already established regular texting like this guy admitted. She'll take it as loss of interest if he all of sudden goes 3 days and not texting. Second point, try not to text so much with online dates. Start a rapport, ask her out, then wait to text a bit.

Maladjusted women like genuinely bad guys who have balls. None women like weak men. Hell, most men don't like weak men. Animals and children too if you really pay attention, seem to dislike them as well.

Oh man, you see the game last week, they blew it. QB blows. Blah blah. Old lady at Walmart. Excuse me ma'am, do you know how to pick a good cantaloupe? I'm trying to learn how to eat better. Can't hurt. Keep expectations low. Could be a big positive. She liked you, overplayed her hand thinking you'd chase and you didn't. Go for it and maintain the aloofness. If she ignores the whole ghosting part than expect more games. If she gives an explanation like she was really busy at work,.school, had family issues than pursue in good faith.

You fucked up and there's no way to fix it. There's no culture on earth where a woman or man expects to wait until the fourth date for a kiss. She either thinks your an absolute coward or not interested in her at all. And if you try to convince her that you really do like her... than she is still not interested because she now knows you're a coward. Not trying to be a dick, we all messed up a couple times. Still do on occasion even when you know the deal. Just learn from the mistake and move on.

Hey, you did approach on hard mode. Most will say solo approaching 2 girls is the hardest, but I think soloing a big group is harder. With 2, you have to juggle talking to both of them and leaving it open who you are interested so the one doesn't cock block the other. Like the other guy said, big group you need to just focus on one and be direct and try to break her off from the group. Don't have any ulterior motive other than having a conversation. Seriously, don't even plan on flirting or asking for number. Go up with the goal to have a short conversation about what cocktails are good at this bar, the weather on a bank line, whatevs. Do that a bunch of times in the next month. Then after seeing you aren't going to die, try adding flirting. It builds muscle memory to not get all freaked out on step 1.

Just stop it. The only remotely viable reason to cheat is a loveless marriage where you stay together for the kids. Otherwise, just fucking dump your boyfriend or girlfriend. Valid reason to be unhappy with the relationship, dump them. Invalid reason, well then you're just a self centered ass.

Truth. I always knew this in theory, so never dated a known cheater. But my last breakup, I dumped a girl who was cheating on me with a guy I knew from a social circle. That's funny, I always thought karaoke bars were a waste of time. Usually seems like large groups of friends go to them and kind of want to be left alone. I've had a lot of luck in big bar/restaurants that seem busy. Not the restaurants that have a tiny bar area for people waiting on a table. Think like Chili's or Fridays with a big bar area that people hang around all night. Except not a chain restaurant, like you said it's not a pick up vibe or make new friends kind of place.

I honestly think it's just misguided ignorance, not any kind of malice. I'd imagine it's mostly average Joe's and Jane's that had some luck in high school and college because they stumbled into some relationships through their social circles. But they've never been in the trenches so to speak. I can't imagine any of them have had much experience out in the real world being single and trying to navigate dating apps or the bar scene.

Depends on context/setting. Being older hurts on dating apps or if they're in a big group of their young friends. Otherwise assuming you have decent game, kept in shape and have accomplished some stuff, it's easier than when you were 25.

It's nice to have but hard to achieve on purpose. It will only happen through a social circle from my experience. Meet a cool, hot chick, but you are never both single at the same time. Fast forward some time and talking a whole bunch and you're now friends.

Sounds like self rejection by the women. You have to aim higher. Men date down is a saying, but that doesn't mean a lot further below you. You'll have trouble with women in a relationship mindset. Even years later after youve sewed your oats, different place with no one to even tell her that you're a cad, she'll know from you are one. You can make anything interesting to a woman if there's emotion behind it and she was already thinking of fucking you. Boring is small talk or getting long winded and detailed about your hobbies. Screaming and yelling about how the field goal kicker blew the game, good. 20 minute breakdown on why the prevent defense is terrible, Boring. Telling her how Gandalf is your favorite fictional character because of his inspirational speeches, good. Giving her a synopsis of the Silmarillian, bad.

It's gotten worse, at least online dating. I wouldn't bother with calls or long text conversations, because half the time they will just ghost you. Making a connection after meeting face to face is the only chance you have with online dating. That being said, I wouldn't focus on online dating. Try to meet women in real life. It's alot of effort for the constant ghosting and flaking outs. And personally, I think the quality of women tends to be a lot lower.

You're misreading that point. No remotely decent man has married a woman solely because of her looks. It's only been weeks so it could be a legit excuse that she's tired, stressed, etc. But the longer is stretches out means higher likelihood of trouble with the relationship. Also, how often are we talking here? If you're wanting to bang 3 times a day and she rejects the second or third attempt there isn't an issue.

If it's a trend, it's either something you do or it's the kind of women you're going for. How long of a time period do they usually drop you? If it's weeks and not months than it's you freaking them out by moving too fast. If it's months or years than it's the women you're attracted to seem to have attachment issues.

99% chance she's just not that into you. 1% chance she likes you and some other more important and stressful things going on in her life. Either way, being a needy, desperate dude who keeps texting won't help anyone's cause.

Yes and didn't have a choice in the matter. 2 ex boyfriends got jealous and came at me with immediate physical aggression. Not the girls fault. Couple other times that the girl tried to instigate something I just walked away from the girl.

We should sticky this post. There's a lot of socially awkward guys with no self awareness lately coming here. Not.shitting on those guys because I understand that they're sexually frustrated. But they have other, nothing to do with romance, issues they need to work on first. I don't even mind dealing with those types but they actually might end up doing more harm than good following some knee jerk responses like it's all a numbers game bruh. Then this dude goes out and strikes out a 100 times da…

You're fine as long as vanilla doesn't mean you like one position only and lay there lifeless while doing so. I think half the guys would be thrilled if they got an occasional blow job.

I think it's common in the gray area, dating a couple months and you really like a girl, and she asks or says she loves you. Personally I've done it twice that I can recall but I ended up actually being in love with them eventually. If it's just some chick you're banging, I would say this is only the domain of psychopaths and narcissists to lie about big items for personal gain.

I agree with everything this guy said. I was in the same boat at 19. I made new friends, joined some social groups, starting going to the gym and became much more open and honest with people. Problem solved itself with time, maybe 2 years once I decided to change? One thing I never had to deal with was envy though. Keep that shit in check or that's a cancer that will grow and leave you alone not just in the women department but with friends and family.

General rule of thumb, just bring up something that reminded you of her. Hey, I heard a song that reminded me of that concert I took you on for your birthday. How's life blah blah

The way you and OP are speaking is like girls. So the girl who you had a crush thought the same thing, you reminder her of her female friends. So they started to treat you like that. Stop acting, talking or thinking like girls.

Nyc guy here. If you gave any luck with women in the past, know that dating apps here are a waste a time. Whatever quality you're used to, you will have to drop your standards too much. Real life dating, if you're looking for fun and not relationships you will do fine in the bars or day game.

I mean, not a great sign, but I guess if she's working on a Sunday she could be busy. You're in a nothing to lose situation and you like her, so send a text. Keep expectations low though.

If you're a good looking guy like you say and don't come off like a serial killer with your body language then you're getting them. You're just not noticing them. Women are very subtle for the most part. You have to learn how to look without looking. They usually look directly at you when they think you are distracted. Looking at your phone, mid conversation with a friend, ordering a drink from the bartender, etc.

Helps with getting laid or first impression in general with women. Won't do shit for forming relationships based on something real. But will give you more opportunities. So good but not the end all be all. Especially if you're overdoing it and it comes as a negative.

If it was a binary choice between being lonely virgin, then it's awesome. But most get bored or burned out quickly. Something in the middle is preferable after you sowed the oats so to speak.

This is the real answer. Even if I see your signs, man up to approach a group being solo, hit it off with you, your friend will most likely try to cock block the whole thing. It's too much work for little gain. Better to approach with either a wingman at a bar or girl sitting by herself at the coffee shop or park.

Whole lot of judgy people here today. It's not really an age difference that indicates an issue. If you were 50 you could find plenty of well adjusted 30 year old women who would date you assuming you had something to offer. I'm assuming you live in west, so there's a taboo for really young girls to date older guys. The ones willing to plow through social pressure tend to have the daddy issues. Anecdotally, once women get to around 25 they stop caring about age and go for quality first. So if yo…

Well that's your problem then. And that's fine, it's not abnormal. It's just you need to learn an ego preservation trick. Even if it's a silly "she's probably a lesbian" type of goofiness. Mine is she's probably on the rebound and not ready for a new guy. I'm awesome. Blah blah etc lol

It's too vague and without context. And the only context that's needed to tell would be being there when it happened. Just ask her out on a date if you like her. Sink or swim and you can move on in either direction after.

Well if all that's true, then your problem is either you aim too high or you don't try at all. If you slept with her on 4 different occasions, it's not a lack of attraction problem. Either she thought you wouldn't make a good long term boyfriend or found another dude. Big city 30 something year Olds also have a much higher tendency to just be nuts. Not at all scientific but crazy chicks are rare outside big cities... like 1 out of 10. Inside big cities its like 50/50. Especially the older women (the good ones were taken off the board already). If you're 36, you have experience. If you're …

One of 2 things. She still has feelings for you or she just had a bad experience with another man and wants validation from you to smooth her bruised ego I guess there is a third option that she's crazy and deliberately messing with you. But that would be obvious to you by now and you wouldn't be asking. She sounds a little angry with the text, I'd guess she's looking for validation because she just got rejected by another man.

No shits given type of response. Just something that shows you aren't butthurt. Short and polite. She waited a week to respond so there is a small chance it is some kind of game. Most likely you were second choice and she waited until first choice made a play for her though.

These are always going to differ depending on location. But hinge is the best by me. Tinder and bumble is too low effort combined with volume, just leads to mostly ghosting or flaking. Okc is full of bots and scammers.
/r/seduction22/02/22 04:57 AM

Leave her alone. You sound unstable, but even if you aren't thats the only course of action. Either she goes away forever or comes back. There's no scenario where you continue to stalk her and things work out happily ever after.
/r/seduction22/02/22 03:18 AM

You messed up for sure. In general if you think a first date went really well, go for the kiss. If you have a second date the girl is most likely interested in you. I'd go for the kiss on the second date 100% of the time unless it was just a bad time. The risk is the girl will think you aren't interested or feel rejected. Not saying you have zero chance to salvage things but alot of girls will next you for waiting too long.

I'm talking more extreme social awkwardness that goes beyond just being shy. Being an older virgin has no impact of the quality of human being you are. You can be a great brother, son, uncle, coworker, neighbor, etc. But it is a red flag to potential romantic partners, especially if they've only met you a couple times. Love and war, especially with women, they're going to play the odds. If you live at home, they're going to assume you're a loser and not wait around for you explain that you have …

At 28, I'd be shocked if a woman ever asked about your history until you had some kind of relationship already going. The only scenario I'd see it happening is if you went several dates without even trying to kiss her, then she might pick up on it.
/r/seduction22/02/22 12:15 AM

The only women who give good advice are elderly family members or your "crazy chick" friends. I don't know the why's but it's interesting that your sister, cousins, your best friend's wife and normal female friends will give bad or vague advice. The older guys will know what I'm talking about. But it's interesting to watch your mom go from being a shit source of advice to a blunt and true source after she passes menopause.

They're white knights, they're looking to cock block. Its basically some de facto shit test where becoming aggressive is the fail. Just smile and let the girl respond. They usually give a polite fuck off to their white knight if they're interested.

You're a human being that's why. Try to protect yourself by diversication. I wish I had a better answer, but we don't live in a Disney movie.

It's a pure game theory thing. If you're young and remotely decent catch, why do it when a majority of 20 something year old women have no children. Even best case scenario, the chick is cool and has money. Your dating life has to revolves around the kids schedule. Win the prize and marry her, you now have to raise a kid who isn't yours. I dont think anyone really cares about dating a 40, 50 year old woman with adult children. Don't affect your life any.

Women want to be with a guy who has a stand out trait. And each woman has a different preference order of what traits they value you the most. There's almost no such thing as a guy who most women want to bang since there's probably less than 1% of guys who excel at most things. Better to be a good looking loser or a charismatic short bald guy than to be average across the board basically.

Of course, but the the biggest factor is that the woman decided she wanted to get laid before you ever left her house that night. Recent break up, traveling by herself, in a loveless marriage and she's out for a girls night out, low esteem girl who does it regularly everytime she goes out are pretty much all your one night stand scenarios.

Yeah, I get that. I was in a similar boat until a couple years into college. It doesn't really matter what you say if the girl already likes. It's more of how you say it and avoiding saying crazy stuff. You really don't sound like guy who says and does things that makes everyone uncomfortable, so i wouldn't worry about the sounding crazy part.. And honestly until you get into a relationship, it usually benefits a man if he's doing a lot less of the talking. Just make boring small talk. Seriously…

Going off what you said, she either likes you or is just sitting next to you to make her ex jealous. Teenage girls. It should be easy enough to figure out which if you attempt to talk to her when the ex isn't around.

You're the only one that can answer this. I mean, if it's more of an OCD thing where you're spending way too much time and effort? Or the validation thing... are you banging anything with a pulse or do you have standards? If you're banging a new cute girl every 3 or 4 weeks just by happenstance of going out and doing what you want, then more power to you.

Every guy girl friendships is based on one person having a secret crush. Sure it's easy to get out of friendzone if you're the one who friend zoned. It's hard the other way around. You'd have to use some game on her while being seen with other women. If you're looking away while a girl is walking around with just a bra, it's probably a lost cause because you need to first learn some game.
/r/seduction05/01/22 02:22 AM

I guess I just subconsciously learn which profiles not to take serious or not. You're not exactly wrong, but the profiles that are all professional taken or heavily filtered are usually just attention seekers, scammers or trying to drive traffic towards their instagrams. The rest usually have a couple "real" pictures sprinkled in that are fairly accurate. I will say, once you get into 30+ year old women, you do tend to meet a woman who looks much older than her out of date photos.
/r/seduction29/12/21 02:03 AM

Well into my 30s, good looking and solid game, and I agree that it loses it charm. If I'm banging a hot chick on the regular, I basically am only interested in other attractive women when I genuinely like them and lose possible bangs left and right just because of a why bother attitude.
