But my overall answer is that no group of people based on any characteristic like gender are all the same. 1	Women Say Looks Don't Matter That Much. Is this true? I'm a woman and I think it is just a different importance for women. Men want a perfectly thin body where women would have a larger range of size that is attractive. Personally I have a "type" that is attractive. Brown hair, scruff, taller than me etc. I wouldn't be drawn to the best looking man in the world if he is blond. I would never be rude but they just wouldn't do it for me. 3	Seducing your S/O? My suggestions are a little more simple than the good advice your getting but here it is. Take complete and total charge. Not abusive in any way. Just dominate. Be spontaneous, maybe like in the middle of fixing dinner, push her against a wall. Maybe start early in the day with a provocative text- just suggestive, let her imagination do all the work. 3	Asking a guy out at work I think I would try to run into him in person more first and give him the chance. Maybe you could stop by his office for one of the things you chat about instead of online? It sounds like she has good priorities and may not be attached to her phone. I don't look at my phone when I am out with friends and try to put it down at night. 3	Do girls ever make a move for guys, or do guys have to do ALL the work while woman sit back and do nothing? I don't think most girls actively pursue unless there is unusually high interest and even then would never make an actual first move. Girls do more subtle things like get in your way, make up reasons to be around you or find other ways to get noticed. Sometimes I doubt men notice. In the above example, I probably would have walked the guy to where ever he was going even if I didn't know the way.
