Lifting heavy weights and hiit training combined can do wonders for both weight loss and body composition.

What do you mean with a fitness trainer is not a real job? As far as I know they bring value to people by helping them achieve fitness/physical/strength/weight goals. They plan both training and diet, as well as emotionel support to support their clients. It can be very rewarding to help and see people grow but also very emotional taxing to always be in the supportive motivational role.

Sounds like he is not appreciating you any more or maybe he is not capable of telling you what he is missing in your relationship and then you just receive the frustrated outlashing. It's nice he is still helping you. Shows he is not resenting you and handy work and providing makes most men feel like men. Doesn't sound like any of the undiagnosed types of skizofreni or bipolar. No matter the reason behind his behaviour you need to protect yourself from being put down and distance yourself from h…

Do he circle back and forth between being loving as in the beginning and being an AH, or is it just AH now? If he is cycling or could be an undiagnosed mental illness

I depends a lot of the situation. In general it's not a red flag for me

I would be better if the test just was something done automatic after the birth. On the other side i can also see how it is just assumed that the man in a marriage is the father of the child

I hope not, seems like the person in question would have trouble paying even small fines. I'm thinking more along community work, then she can even bring the kid if there is no sitter possibility

But is it that bad or an unjust assumption and since you can get a test no matter what, then i don't really see the hassle.

You definitely need to talk. Get better and stay safe

I agree, then it will never an issue. Very sad, just read a article about Danish men taking home tests on their kids to be reinsured. The most sad is that people allowed others to treatthem like that.

It's correct that if married the husband will be put on as the father and he needs to create a case within 6 months (government payed). After there there can be reopened a paternity case of there is question about misplaced responsibility (hence private dna test). Fun fact, as i can see most of the material is about ensuring the father right to have the paternity and having rights to see and live with the child, no matter the parents relationship. All this paperwork can be don't online through y…

Not sure im asking, maybe just rambling. I'm actually in doubt how you can "punish"/give consequences to the mother without also hurting the child?

Denmark, pretty sure it also goes for the rest of Scandinavia. Not completely crisp on the cut off date, but it is something along 5 years as in france as someone mentions in another post

Yes, so if you live together you will have to have that uncomfortable talk with your SO, if you refuse the faterhood without a test a government case will be created and they pay. If you don't want to go down that road you can do a home swap on you and your kid, or go to the clinic and they will do it for you, this will cost you 300usd, but still cheaper than child support will ever be, the mother will not be informed about the testing. I get that if would be way easier for everybody if it was j…

In my country the dad can always ask for a dna test and it's paid by the government. As i remember there is an age limit where you are stuck with the payments and i don't think there is any punishment for the mother for choosing her baby daddy. I would recommend all men to ask for a dna test before accepting fatherhood. In this case, since that child is supposedly his, wouldn't he also be allowed to take a dna test of his child? The mothers economic is not his problem and must be real daddy's fu…

I agree so much with you, but even if you lived together in his apartment (for me) it would still be strange not to involve you in the decision. I would have a deep conversation with SO about the situation. Maybe there is something serious going on in M's life which he doesn't feel ready to share. Your SO should know this and at least be able to tell if there is a serious problem. If he is just on forever holiday at your place, and SO enjoy his new playmate, i would consider it very disrespectfu…

Did they make some agreement they forgot to tell you about? You need to have a talk with SO about M being a forever guest and how his constant presence bothers you.

You could make a sperm donation for the future. Also the vasectomy is reversible for men. I would go for it. If you have unprotected sex it will also save you from unwanted children.

That sounds crazy, was that an hour on top of everything else? I would consider it normal to use about an hour to get ready in the morning for people dressing for Business formal. But using an hour on her hair, just wow

European here. I think it's fair if one part have a large sum before the relationship starts or a company. I also think the partners should find a fair solution and a plan for how to tackle a breakup, before marriage, if they decide that one parent is out of the job marked for several years due to raising kids.

Thank you for that kind person. So in assuming that there is no control process in place where you live and the mother can freely claim who the father is? Sounds messed up

I dk men can ask for a paternity test before signing the paternity papers. It's on the tax, but it also ensures that people have to possible to ensure their relationship to the child no matter income

Can you share more info on this? As far as my knowledge goes i have only heard of the study which is also referred to in the comment below, with more women being hired in classical music. I have also seen a study on IT positions panning out to the womens favour.

You will have universal healthcare and education on top of that and childcare. Which will make it easier for you to move yourself out of the McD job. The majority of people in jobs like supermarkets and fastfood chains are young people who are students who will move on in seine years.

Thank you for the answer. I will see if i can look up the wealthy number myself. I'm quite curious about where it is and how achievable it is to reach.

Just asking out of curiosity, is a bottle shop a specific reference i as a non native English speaker do not know, or was i just to mention a hypothetical business?

I skimmed through the articles but i could not see any numbers for income or when you are concidered poor or wealthy. Do you know where I can find the numbers?

Tbh I'm not sure, i work from home, so I often do laundry while I'm working, same with dishes. Vacuuming, watering plants and dusting I just fit in. And i also cook while working in between tasks, I mostly make large portions of stew ish foods/soups and salads for meal prep so I can often get all my food prep done in between work. All in all, I would estimate I on average use an hour a day maximum. Note: I'm living alone, and have no kids or pets Edit: I rarely do housework on weekends, just the…
