One thing that drew me into this sub was the evidence based reality of what was presented most of the time. 1	#1 Trending Video on YouTube today is titled "Alpha Males Do Not Exist" That episode infuriated me. I get that weight loss shows don't really care about long term weight loss or health of contestants, and diets are not one size fits all, but the conclusion came off as give up and don't try because it's out of your hands.
