And although you might not go in with the idea of it happening, if things get spicy, don't reject it out of hand, only if you have a very important reason not to. Sexual compatibility is a fundamental pillar for a working relationship. 1	Do men find straightforward and assertive women seductive? It is prolly the wet dream of most men, who resent the fact that they are forced to be the initiators and carryers for most of everything during courtship. Also, a confident woman who isn't physically hot is way more attractive than a hottie who wants people to court her, IMHO.
