Rejected Women Sexually coerce MORE than Rejected Men doIt's possible, but if I were running the study, I would have tried to at least double that sample size. It shouldn't be that hard to find women that have been rejected in the midwest. | /r/MensRights | 13/07/23 05:39 PM
Rejected Women Sexually coerce MORE than Rejected Men doSeems strange that they sampled 220 men, but only 50 women. That's barely a sample on the female side of things. | /r/MensRights | 13/07/23 03:58 PM
Five high school 'mean girls' targeted boy with false accusations of sexual assault. No consequences.Someone else explained that they were arguing a federal 1983 claim, which may have had more standing than the judge in question realized because of this, (I just happen to know about the issues with statute 1983, because of this article): 16 Crucial Words That Went Missing From a Landmark Civil Rights Law The phrase, seemingly deleted in error, undermines the basis for qualified immunity, the legal shield that protects police officers from suits for misconduct. | 3 | Five high school 'mean girls' targeted boy with false accusations of sexual assault. No consequences.I wonder if the judge had access to the correct wording of section 1983? The SCOTUS improperly ruled that Qualified Immunity was a thing in 1982 because they didn't have access to the correct wording, and even called out the missing words. 16 Crucial Words That Went Missing From a Landmark Civil Rights Law The phrase, seemingly deleted in error, undermines the basis for qualified immunity, the legal shield that protects police officers from suits for misconduct. | 128 | Five high school 'mean girls' targeted boy with false accusations of sexual assault. No consequences.Furthermore, Hornak dismissed each of the remaining claims and counterclaims in the case without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, as all of those same counts in question were purely state law claims and not ripe for disposition in a federal court. Not blaming the family as much as their lawyers, but filing your lawsuit in the circuit court when it should be in district court doesn't look good. IANAL, and even I would do my best to file in the correct court level. | /r/MensRights | 11/07/23 04:00 PM
Chatting with a girl on Hinge I told her I Substitute Teach and how HS girls write me letters sometimes. Letters I always throw in the garbage. She still accused me of being a Pedo. Not saying you're incorrect here, but it's not just that. I tried to do teaching back in college, way back in the late 90s/ early 00s. I never received a "love letter," at least not that I'm aware of, and still got the same reactions. I had more than one girl that I was dating ask straight out if I was a pedo as soon as they found out that I was a double major, and one of those majors was Music Ed. | /r/MensRights | 11/07/23 02:57 PM
I don't even know why I bother debating these types of peopleThat assumes that God didn't foresee all this, which he is supposed to be able to do, and would take issue. I'm reasonably certain that everything we do is "all according to his plan," no? | /r/MensRights | 09/07/23 04:10 PM
I don't even know why I bother debating these types of peopleWell, Dolly exists, and I seem to recall that China has successfully cloned a human edited some twins genes invitro, but I may be misremembering. It isn't widely used at all, and even once it starts being used, it won't be for getting rid of men, it will be used to give your kid designer genes, but that is a whole other can of worms. https://www.science.org/content/article/crispr-bombshell-chinese-researcher-claims-have-created-gene-edited-twins | /r/MensRights | 09/07/23 04:07 PM
I don't even know why I bother debating these types of peoplei did a quick google, and Alberta isn't quite sure what caused theirs' yet, but the others have been started by lighting strikes, railcars sparking, and cigarette butts being thrown out the window. There does seem to be some criticism regarding the historical lack of controlled burns in Canada. No surprise to me, since California literally outlawed them for the better part of a century. I see no mention whatsoever of "an all woman firefighting team," in any of the reports. I will admit that soun… | /r/MensRights | 09/07/23 04:04 PM
California Reparations Task Force calls elimination of child support debt for black residents — Don't be distracted by the outrage. Child support debt is the only debt that people can still be sent to jail for, which overwhelming affects black fathers and their children.Cruelty is the point. By removing the father, and wasting resources on incarceration, they have just pretty much guaranteed that all that person's children will have no ability to get any of the handouts that are willingly given to the ruling class. They intentionally make being poor as difficult and expensive as possible, and can only continue to do so by ensuring that there will always be an underclass that is bound by the law, but not protected by it, that they can turn into defacto slaves by… | /r/MensRights | 05/07/23 12:41 AM
