Furthermore, Hornak dismissed each of the remaining claims and counterclaims in the case without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, as all of those same counts in question were purely state law claims and not ripe for disposition in a federal court. Not blaming the family as much as their lawyers, but filing your lawsuit in the circuit court when it should be in district court doesn't look good. 1	Chatting with a girl on Hinge I told her I Substitute Teach and how HS girls write me letters sometimes. Letters I always throw in the garbage. She still accused me of being a Pedo. Not saying you're incorrect here, but it's not just that. I tried to do teaching back in college, way back in the late 90s/ early 00s. I never received a "love letter," at least not that I'm aware of, and still got the same reactions. Child support debt is the only debt that people can still be sent to jail for, which overwhelming affects black fathers and their children. Cruelty is the point. By removing the father, and wasting resources on incarceration, they have just pretty much guaranteed that all that person's children will have no ability to get any of the handouts that are willingly given to the ruling class.
