1	Twitter has banned @antifemcomics for making satirical comics on feminism. Sigh. No, the wording of the law in the books is only a small part. You also need evidence, and the law needs to not be overturned as unconstitutional, and you need to convince a jury or judge, and the counterparty may appeal, etc. Law on the book says you can kick someone out for any reason, cool. Except that law is unconstitutional already if it's used selectively against a protected class.
