1	I cannot believe this 🤮 ladies, men doing ANYTHING to you in your sleep without consent is assault. At least where I live, (QLD,AUS) if convicted he could a max penalty of 3 years imprisonment for sharing intimate photos without consent. The minimum charge he could get given he could indecent assault which carries a max of 8yrs. Alternatively he could face up to to a life sentence for taking advantage of someone who is unable to consent for reasons such as, being unconscious or on medication and committing sexual assault/rape.
