7	Old but gold Isn't this more likely an issue of pay opacity? I mean, nobody really knows what each other are making and the range of pay scales for jobs is usually very very wide. This is done intentionally because it's good for companies, because they can pay less for people that don't negotiate a higher salary. And in general, I think it has been shown that females only have lower pay because they are less likely to negotiate or ask for a higher salary. Personally I like Gary V. and his free content. You pay money and there is a potential benefit if you follow closely along and do the program as intended. They're probably not making any money from the $100 customers after expenses and marketing.
