Honestly, If you are a guy, it is only hard when you are young. Once you are older, it comes very naturally. I guess you get a lot more confident once your life is in order.

Only if you count taking aspirins and claiming that was a suicide attempt. Taking a few aspirins and putting a gun to your head and blowing your brains out are two totally different things. One is just a call for attention, while the other is losing all hope and knowing no one is ever going to give a shit about you.

Wow. People like you are extremely sexist.

Sure. Let's pretend it is the women and not how bad their game play is. What kind of sexist misandrist do you have to be to have such a derangement syndrome. More like a border line narcissistic personality to force other people to like the shittiest games out their against their will.

God damn. Dropping some hard truth bombs here. These pills would be hard to swallow for the likes of OP.

Not getting HR involved means there is no report. This incident would go unnoticed and unrecorded. It is obvious he is not going to stay in this toxic work environment for long. Either he'll leave or he'll be fired. Atleast, he can do is sue the company and get shit tons of money while he leaves.

That shouldn't be the way to go. I think the OP should report all the toxicity regularly to the HR. All the while start recording people and these incidents of sexism. Then report all of this and maybe even sue the company for having a sexist work environment.

Get legal counsel. There is very little you can do now. I feel a bit sorry for you. You are pretty much fucked. Once you are out of this mess, you might need a psychiatrist to get over all of this.

None of the links actually mention that or is a study for that matter. Bravo once again

DEXA scan or Body Pod. Look up where to get them. DEXA scans are cheaper and you might be able to get the coupon.

Before my workout journey, I used to think I had 19% BF. Then I went to get a body scan done and it turned out to be 28% BF. Took me 6 months to come down to below 15% BF.

That's cause women have very little to offer as a friend. They wouldn't take your jokes and would always be politically correcting or trying to control you. So I prefer my guy friends who I can joke with and we have stayed all friends for more than 10 years without any complications.

No. my whole journey started after the hurt. So I was already hurting when I began the journey. I am very dedicated, that I spend 12 hours a day being self-dedicated. I just haven't been able to let go of the past baggage. Therefore, asking help with how to meditate.

I struggle a lot with the "Letting Go" part. I believe I am still hurting. Even though I am focused on my lifting as well as my career. I seem to still be very bitter and still wrapping my head around how to let go. Truth be told, I keep myself very busy and never get time to meditate. Seeing all these people I think are assholes getting a pass makes me bitter. What would you suggest be a good start to let go of this hate/bitterness inside me? Are there are videos, music, etc I can watch/listen …

Absolutely. It is so freaking weird that women think that most men actually get to chose. Then again 80% of the men are actually invisible to them so when they refer to "men" it's like the top 10% or something.

Mistakes were made. The guy was too hot and the "misogynist radar" readings were ignored for hypergamy!

And how do you suggest people like me who have been working solely on our looks and trying to get 6 packs actually get some game? Like how do I work on my game? I can see that ever since I started getting physically fit, my confidence has gone up but how do I learn the game?

This! This right here is correct. Not to mention similar studies have come out with both matches . com as well as Tinder.

That's where you are wrong. They put more effort into how they look and what they do then I do e.g. There are somethings and personality traits that can't just be changed by "hitting the gym". These guys I am talking about work really hard and are working for the top companies in top positions making an incredible amount of money. You don't think that the society collectively shitting on more than half the male population and saying "they need to change" is the problem here? Like even if they ch…

You changed when you were 17. You weren't even an adult and you know what bullying and living a miserable life is like? You kid are so full of yourself and even more full of shit. I have friends in their early 30s that have been bullied their whole life and rejected by women just because of their looks. There are some things that you can't change just by hitting the gym and eating well. That's what an ignorant privileged Chad would think. You have no idea what most average men go through and it …

Pretty sure an average man is usually willing to settle for anything from a very young age. It's only the women who have unbelievably unrealistic expectations unless they are above 30 or obese. Remember how the recent study showed that women think only 20% of men are above average. You might be referring to the top 10% of the men that might want something more. Ironically, women only seem to notice the top 10% of the men anyways.

But Canada does have a very healthy background check and gun usage educational programs. Honestly, if every gun owner has no history of violence and has been properly trained to handle a gun, that should decrease some gun related deaths

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
