I don't lift because I'm not really full TRP yet, but I'm 6'5 and classically handsome. I am one of the lucky ones who is a good looking guy without much effort. I was the biggest beta of all time. I used to think people stared at me because I looked strange, but when I got to the end of my twenties I realised people, usually women, were checking me out. It was such a rarity that anybody ever told me I was attractive that I spent ten years thinking I was a freak. As I walked past them in the str…

The number of girls I've dated who are convinced they could beat me in an arm wrestle is unreal. I'm pretty skinny to be fair, but I'm 6'5 and I lift a bit. They overestimate themselves massively and totally underestimate the power of testosterone.

I'm dating a lot of girls on tinder at the moment. Had a few solid 9s. I'm 6'5 so getting matches is a piece of piss if I put my height in my profile (I'm pretty good looking too, but I am a lanky streak of piss and don't have good photos, so I don't get as many matches as you'd expect). But I don't want to talk about getting matches, I want to talk about getting laid. Inevitably on the first date we end up talking about tinder and online dating in general, and some of the shit they show me is u…

It's not false equivalence, man. Just stop.

Have you read Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus? I haven't read it in about 15 years so I'm not sure how relevant it is to TRP, but the main points it makes are similar to what you say here. Men want a solution, women want someone to listen. Worth a read, even if it is mostly pop psychology bullshit.

I agree. I came from a middle class family, fairly well off, both parents were there, but I was still raised to be beta as fuck. Both my brothers are beta and terrible with women. I mostly put it down to my Dad's total lack of input, we might as well have been raised by a single Mom. My point being that stable family and upbringing doesn't guarantee emotionally healthy adults.

My brother is in an LTR with a girl like this. Daddy issues and a past of constantly seeking male validation through sex. She still does it to a lesser extent by making eyes at men to see if they're attracted to her. Some day she'll cheat on him and break his heart (he's pretty beta) and it scares the shit out of me. But what can I do?

I hate my country. Just because you don't like something doesn't give you the right to stop other people enjoying it. I think his music is kind of revolting but I'm not in favour of denying his visa. A similar thing happened with Julien Blanc; some SJWs got their panties in a twist because herp derp misojinny and he was told to fuck off. Apparently here a vocal minority not liking something is enough to prevent other people from seeing it.

If you want to see female solipsism in action, just stand and watch pedestrians at a busy pelican crossing for a while (I think you guys in the US call them crosswalks, the ones with the traffic lights?). Most women, when approaching, will immediately hit the button without a second thought, even if it's safe to cross and even if the road is completely clear of traffic. Most men will check for traffic first, and if it's busy they might spend 5 seconds waiting before they hit the button, because …

Something RSD say in their talks that really sticks with me is not to trust your emotions. They're evolutionary relics from the days when fucking with women like this would get you kicked out of a group and maybe killed by your peers. In today's society they're completely unnecessary, so just ignore them.

What made me cringe is he's probably explained all the TRP concepts to her. Told her that her boyfriend is a beta and she's just parroting what he said.

If I can blame society for my problems then I'll never have to take responsibility for any of them! The extent people will go to to rationalise their own laziness amazes me.

I'm not an American, but I hope for the sake of the UK and the rest of the world that this guy gets in. If Hillary becomes president I think we're especially fucked.

You're 19. What the fuck do you know about anything, let alone women? Please stop your bullshit. People like you make the rest of TRP look like virgin neckbeards.

tl;dr a hypothesis needs criticism to be proven correct. That was an awfully long-winded post to make a fairly unremarkable statement. Also, the little cunt-punching diatribe was silly. You sound like an angry teenaged chest-puffing knuckledragger. But I agree with you.

I'm angry just reading this. If this happened to either of my brothers I don't know what I'd do. I hope you get this sorted man, or at least the damage isn't too bad when he comes out the other side.

Conflict avoidance is not usually caused by social anxiety, but immaturity, lack of self-knowledge and low self-esteem. I had severe social anxiety and I rarely got relationships to the point where conflict was an issue. But when I did, my conflict avoidance was because I didn't know how to deal with it, not because I was afraid of it. Social anxiety is a fear of being judged, not a fear of conflict. These days I still have social anxiety to a smaller degree, but it affects my interactions with …

Maybe you're getting downvoted because wishing rape on someone, regardless of context, isn't wrong? Wishing murder on someone is wrong in any context. Nobody has the right to take away life. But suffering is used as punishment all the time, and rape is just another form of that. This woman took away 5 years of this guy's life, potentially subjected HIM to rape, and wasted lots of people's time and money, all knowingly. I think wishing rape upon her is actually pretty reasonable. So, you go fuck …

Figures. I've yet to find a funny, thought provoking female comedian. No doubt they exist, because I've met some pretty funny women, but all of the comediennes I've seen perform just talk about women's issues, which is quite frankly dull after the 407th time. Check out Jo Brand for an example of a woman whose material consists purely of jokes about how fat and ugly she is, how men don't find her attractive, and how she has tits and a vagina. They dislike sexist attitudes but they make all their …
