She wanted to share the dog. I was like nah. The worst part though is that anyone who has been in that house knows damn well who’s dog it really is. My last words out the door were make sure you walk the dog. I came in the next day to pack and she hadn’t walked the dog, which shit on the floor and left it for me to clean.

I’m trying! Like I said, I only saw it on accident. I’m just trying to get out and move on…..she wasted no time getting me off the lease and is now dragging her feet filing the damn papers. I just want to move on and erase her from my life. She’s making it way more difficult than it needs to be even though she’s the one who wanted divorce.

Ah man, I bought the dog for her. Idc how she’s acting in the divorce, I’m not going to react. Just get it done with and get out. I’ve extended multiple courtesies because that’s who I am. I’ll be damned if I let somebody dictate who I am. As much as I’ll miss my pup, I never got to train her anyway because she was always praising and rewarding for no reason. I was thinking earlier today about how most female break up songs are all “I am woman hear me roar” and most male break up songs are like “damn, I’m sad af”. I’m so stoked about finding this subreddit. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to motivational for males in a divorce.
