1	New Employee..Females Hate Me? Here here! That is absolutely the best move for OP! Record any and all interested with coworkers and superiors, not just women. Not only will it keep you safe in any sort of hr complaint, but it can also cut down on bullshit if one superior tells you to do something, you get chewed out by another superior for doing that, and then the one that first told you to do that denies ever doing so.
