Those aren't "flakes" those are instances where she legitimately couldn't make it. A "flake" is where you have a meeting scheduled with her and she backs out.

I'd say move on and continue those dates with the other girls. You could get manipulative and attempt to ensure that Lisa saw you on a date with another girl. It would increase your value and probably provoke jealousy on her part. That being said, I still think moving on is the best way to go about this. Remove yourself a bit further if anything so your attachment lessens as well.

Anything you say that can turn the situation into a joke is probably key here. Here's something you could have said: Shrug, look her dead in the eye with a smile afterwards, "What can I say, people want to be me". As always, body language, eye contact and the smile is critical here as in all interactions.
