Absolutely not true. Every time I have been out alone at bars and clubs when I’m traveling for work, I always meet tons of people and have a lot of people approach me more than when I’m with friends. It’s a great conversation starter because people are curious.

Depends on the quality of women you want. You can pull a dime being fat or chubby but it is seriously unlikely no matter how good your personality is. Attraction is human nature and most people are not attracted to unhealthy people. Being fat signals you have bad offspring and genes to women. Just eat right and exercise, it’s really not hard.

I always say “Thank you, that’s very kind of you”. In return, you’re subtly giving them a compliment back.

Eye contact, body language, smiling and tone of voice go a long way when you are speaking to strangers. I always start with “hey this is completely random but”

If you are fit, independent and make decent money then the world is your fucking oyster brethren. You are the prize. If you see someone that catches your eye, approach and introduce yourself. It’s that easy.

This is the most cliche answer but the best way to get comfortable talking to people is by talking to people. In my experience, social isolation stems from anxiety and not being secure in one’s self. Stack up wins everyday, build that confidence and get out there and do some uncomfortable stuff! You are the prize!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
